'Great location, walking distance to Banner Elk restaurants and entertainment. Noise from downtown area is not excessive, unit is directly across from fire station but only heard horns and sirens a couple times in 5 days. Unit was clean, well appointed and met all of our needs, we were able to cook dinner each night. Bedrooms are large and beds are comfortable. Master shower does require a bit of trial and error to get all shower heads working. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.'

'Our host was one of the nicest people I could ever make reservations with. The condo is completely beautiful with a beautiful veiw especially in the winter. Everything that you would need for your stay is there. You dont need take anything extra. Kitchen items, towels, whatever you can name they had it. Also his response time to anything i needed was superb. If we ever return I would defineately use them again.'

'Overall I'm glad we picked this hotel. The staff at the hotel were super nice! The floor in our room was a bit squeaky, but we barely heard anything from the floor above us. The pool was a very comfortable temperature and the sauna felt good. They had a heavy snow early on the day we checked in, so we were glad to have a lower level to park in!'
