'Deluxe suite was absolutely huge. Family of 4 had more space then we knew what to do with. Everything was super clean. There was a gala on one evening we were there and the staff said to let them know if it was disturbing us but honestly we could hardly hear it as the rooms were very well sound proofed. The only 2 small criticisms was that The bed was way too hard for my liking - but that is personal preference and that the hot water took ages to come through so a lot of water was wasted...

'Ik was al eerder gast in dit hotel en tevreden. Gisterenacht na valpartij in stad opgevangen in hotel lobby en eerste hulp verleend door hotel receptionist. Daarna met auto hotel naar ziekenhuis. Gehele behandeling erbij gebleven, ook belangrijk vanwege de taal die ik niet spreek.. Na 3 uur in het hotel weer teruggebracht. Een cijfer tien op zijn plaats, hoger kan helaas niet. Veel dank aan Hotel Privo medewerker, wiens naam ik helaas niet meekreeg na alle consternatie.'

'We had an unbelievably romantic stay here at this hotel. Although the room was on the top, fourth floor, and probably wasn't as big as the rooms on the main levels, we were rewarded with an exquisite view of the historic town square, the clock tower right across with direct view, the cathedral on the top etc. Breakfast was nice and we can only recommend eating at the restaurant. 'My room was a suite with two small balconies as on the corner and it was very nice, modern and clean, reception staff friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a nice location, not in the centre of the very old town but only a pleasant short walk up to the centre citadel so I felt it was ideal. Highly recommend staying here. '
