'this place was so cute & perfect for my boyfriend and I! we were able to walk down to the Balboa shops & to the ferry. We were also able to bike around to newport and the beach. The place is bigger than the pictures give off and we had plenty of room for the two of us to relax and hang out! would recommend & book again!'

'Cleanliness was great, the house itself was amazing, the rooms were very nice and beds were comfortable, the en suite bathrooms were very convenient and nice. We were 2 families who stayed there and we had a wonderful stay. The kitchen was very well equipped and it worked for us since we like to cook. The location was great too. Highly recommended!'
