'Nice hotel at the right location of San Antonio. Just a few minutes from the river walk and a few steps from the Alamo. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is good if you want breakfast burritos. The bar (all say happy hour) was a bit boring. Staff was friendly. The valet was pretty expensive, but that's the same at all hotels.'

'Avoid this Hyatt during holiday weekends. The hotel management was a complete disaster and this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
The official check-in time is 4:00 PM. We arrived at 4:10 PM, but it took nearly two hours before we got our room keys.
Traffic in front of the hotel was completely backed up. Our car sat in line for about an hour just to reach valet parking. The valet operation was clearly understaffed and unable to handle the number of arriving guests. After finally...

'Nice hotel. Good variety of hot and cold breakfast items, including the typical Texas shaped waffle iron 😊.
I have 4 stars because there were a few minor items in need of maintenance in our room. We gave a list at check out so hopefully those will be addressed.
Great location for exploring the north side of San Antonio. Close to shopping and lots of places to eat.
I usually take more pictures but I did get one of the amazing local inspired mural in the main lobby area.'
