A Soft Landing is een fantastisch toevluchtsoord met 5 slaapkamers en 5 badkamers aan de oceaan - gelegen op 16 Peppervine Trail ... en het is nu hondvriendelijk!

Geniet van de warme wind, het geluid van de golven en onbelemmerd uitzicht op de oceaan. De zonaanbidders in jouw groep zullen in de hemel zijn op het uitgestrekte tweede verdiepingen tellende dek dat over het hele huis loopt. Onder dit zijn een overdekte veranda (perfect voor schommelen of slapen) en een afgeschermde veranda.

Binnen wordt het met licht gevulde zitgedeelte van twee verdiepingen geaccentueerd door hoge plafonds, warm hardhout en een prachtige open haard. De open plattegrond stroomt in de eethoek die comfortabel stoelen acht aan de tafel en meer in het aangrenzende ontbijttafel. De keuken van de chef-kok kookt met roestvrijstalen apparaten, veel ruimte voor de prep-teller, een gootsteen op de boerderij en een wijnkoeler. Het heeft zelfs twee kanten uitzicht op het water!

De lichte slaapkamer op deze verdieping is voorzien van een kingsize hemelbed en biedt toegang tot een priv���veranda en een onovertroffen uitzicht op de Atlantische Oceaan. De privébadkamer met eigen badkamer biedt een diepe, gespoten verzonken jacuzzi en een ruime betegelde douche met zitbanken.

Boven zijn er drie extra slaapkamers. Een daarvan is voorzien van een tweepersoonsbed met een eigen badkamer, een eigen zitkamer en toegang tot het dek. De tweede koningin slaapkamer beschikt ook over een eigen dek toegang. De laatste slaapkamer heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden. De laatste twee slaapkamers delen een ligbad, gunstig gelegen aan de overkant van de hal.

Extra voorzieningen bij A Soft Landing zijn spellen, dvd's / cd's / VHS-films, speelgoed, een gasgrill, een buitendouche, boogieboards, strandstoelen, fietsen voor volwassenen en internettoegang. Een Soft Landing is ook uitgerust met twee golfkarretjes - een vierpersoons en een zespersoons. Bovendien zijn de huurlasten van onze huizen inclusief schoonmaakkosten, schadeverzekeringen en onze hulppost voor Property Manager, 24/7 beschikbaar ... iets wat u op prijs stelt als uw airconditioning in het weekend uit gaat of u een golfkarretje krijgt na 5 P.M. Voor extra kosten kunnen lidmaatschappen van BHI Club en Shoals Club worden verkregen.

Very nice property, had a golf cart issue but that was quickly handled. Love the views, location, and pretty much everything about the house! I’ve used WWP’s on occasion for many years, always great customer service.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is located on a perfect spot on the island. Overall, it is well decorated and furnished. The home just needs some maintenance. Things are broken, paint is peeling, mold, etc. Nothing that will stop you from having a good vacation, but it sort of takes away from the overall experience.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great beach location but the house is clearly the victim of a lot of rentals, not a lot of care. Kitchen needs to be blown up and re-done. Layout has a lot of wasted space and illogical flow. Dirty, that is all I can say.

I spent ten days there and had 5 adult family members stay for the wedding weekend. Plenty of room for everyone. The bridal party came for hair and make up and got dressed there too with plenty of space for everyone! Loved the speakers in every room and on porch and deck too!

Disappointment at Thunder Road

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of property is excellent and the property manager was responsive and helpful. The problem with this property is lack of investment by owners. The two golf carts had problems. On one, the motor was shot and the other had electrical problems that caused the lights to work only occasionally--a real problem at night. The property manager quickly gave us one of their carts, but that should not have been necessary. There is no comfortable outdoor furniture and the condition of what's there makes it unusable. Beautiful view, no where to sit. Dishwasher appears shot and took two runs to get things clean. We would never rent this house again.

Fabulous House, Bad Timing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is just great and had some of the nicest furniture, linens and baby gear. Unfortuneately we happened to hit it at a week when several of the appliances gave out- dishwasher, dryer, golf cart, grill. We were compensated a bit and it was no one's fault, so I do understand. Some things happened while we were there, but some were pre-existing conditions and it would have been more professional to tell us upon check-in versus leaving us to find the dryer not working after washing our clothes and then not knowing what to do with them. Still a great house and a great time!
