One towel,washcloth,hand towel per person is not sufficient. I had to do laundry during our three nights for towels etc.Kitchen needs a thorough cleanup of cupboards. Stove needs deep clean.The house was a great floor plan for us but just in need of a good cleaning and freshen up...

'3 rooms with king size beds and 3 bathrooms plus a kids room is a rare find! Close to the beach with golf cart accessibility/walkable, close to the club, and close to the ferry with amazing views is hard to beat! This place was perfect for us, updated and had everything we needed! You can’t beat this location for the price!'

'We stayed here for a weekend while my spouse ran the Cape Fear Badwater race. Great location in the harbour. Dogs and I lenjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the marsh birds and other creatures. Golf cart was in good repair, though we only used it a few times because restaurants are within walking distance. Space would be tight if staying for an extended period, but was perfect for our needs. '

'We had a great time! This house is well equipped -the kitchen had every need and also had beach chairs and beach toys and bikes.Even a few games for kids and adults. We really liked the location. Close to the market. Nothing is really too far away though. Can't wait to come back!'

'First VRBO I didn’t want to leave. House was perfect for a family of 4. Had room for 4 more. House was very clean and basically brand new interior. Kitchen was fully equipped with new appliances, including washer and dryer. No need to bring tubs of groceries or etc.. we ordered groceries delivered from maritime market before our arrival. 2 min walk to beach (or 4 houses down).
