Perfect Bald Head Island Getaway - onlangs gerenoveerd!

  • We verwelkomen je net zo graag als wij! We zijn weggestopt in het maritieme bos met zijn prachtige live eiken, maar slechts 2 minuten golfkar rijden naar het fantastische South Beach. Het grote gemeenschappelijke zwembad ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand. We hebben een gloednieuwe 6-persoons golfkar voor u klaar om het eiland te verkennen! Ons huis slaapt 8 gasten comfortabel. Onze eerste verdieping heeft 2 slaapkamers met elk nieuwe kingsize bedden en aangrenzende baden. De tweede verdieping heeft een slaapkamer met 2 queensize bedden (open naar de eerste verdieping) en een eigen badkamer. Elke slaapkamer heeft een nieuwe flatscreen Samsung smart-tv. We hebben veel fietsen, strandstoelen, strandspeelgoed en een parasol waar onze gasten van kunnen genieten. Alle beddengoed en handdoeken (inclusief strandlakens) zijn inbegrepen. We omvatten ook zeep, shampoo, was- en afwasmiddel, papieren handdoeken, toiletpapier, enz. We zijn er trots op dat we een schoon, mooi huis hebben waar onze gasten van kunnen genieten! Als je nog nooit Bald Head Island hebt meegemaakt, zul je er dol op zijn! Wij zijn een barrière-eiland zonder brug, waardoor het super privé is en een paradijs voor natuurliefhebbers! Geen auto's toegestaan, dus neem je een passagiersveerboot naar het eiland, wat de opwinding nog groter maakt! Een tijdelijk lidmaatschap van Lifestyle bij de BHI Club kan tijdens uw verblijf worden gekocht. De club biedt golf van wereldklasse, meerdere zwembaden, tennis en verschillende restaurants.
    * We zijn nieuwe eigenaren en zijn nog nooit op VRBO geweest (sinds januari 2020), dus we hebben geen beoordelingen. Onze toewijding is om u te voorzien van een mooi, schoon, volledig uitgerust huis zodat u kunt genieten van het prachtige Bald Head Island!

Perfect Location on the Island

The house was in great shape, clean, very comfortable, and had all of the amenities you could want for a stay on BHI. The location was central to everything, and the neighborhood pool was perfect.

Relaxing getaway

From check in to check out, the process was stress-free. The property had everything that we needed during our stay (beach chairs, sand toys, coolers, bug spray, beach towels, etc). The kitchen was well stocked and the home was beautifully decorated. Lots of towels and comfy beds! We had a wonderful, relaxing trip and can’t wait to go back!

Amazing Island

Shanna was super accommodating and helpful. I’ve never had a property owner respond so quickly to inquiries. The cottage was updated, well appointed and perfect for our family. We will definitely recommend to others and plan on returning ourselves soon!

Great location and fun family time.

The house was located close to the maritime market and south beach. The neighborhood pool was great for our Grandson. We did do temporary guest passes to bald head island club but also having that pool within a few steps was great. The house is stocked with puzzles, bikes, games, etc. for fun family time.

Great Property

Great property for a family. The home is clean, nicely appointed and well kept. It had everything we needed, plus a couple of nice surprises, like the Shibumi beach umbrella. Both golf carts were in great shape. The community pool is just across the street and very nice. Overall, the location is in the center of the island and pretty close to everything. The property manager is super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute house. Plants needed trimming off lower steps. Lower steps need replacing, well furnished except there was no can opener. Nice quiet location almost a recluse. Overall, a good choice to stay.

Happy first timers!

This was a great house and perfect for our first time on Bald Head Island (hopefully not our last - we fell in love with the place). The house was amazingly clean for being so near the beach - I would love to know the secret to no sand). Very spacious for a family of 4, with everything we needed to enjoy the island. The week was very hot and the house was a cool mid-day refuge with great AC and the pool. The carts and the bikes made getting around very easy, such a great thing to have access to during the stay. The check-in process is so streamlined and Shanna was really easy to get in touch with - so responsive. The perfect mix of available, helpful and uncomplicated. We are so grateful to have been able to rent your little paradise for a week. Thank you!

The house was advertised just as it was presented. It was clean and had enough rooms and bathrooms for my family. We opted to eat out for most meals bc the kitchen was tiny. It had everything you needed stocked for you but I need a bigger space if I’m going to be cooking dinners. The primary bed was comfy and the king size was what we were used to so we appreciated that. We enjoyed the golf cart rides to the clubs, getting coffee every morning, and just cruising around. Next time we may choose to stay on the beach end of the island rather than the wooded part of the island , totally different feel , both with pros and cons. Overall, it was a complete delight.

Absolutely Perfect Vacation

Location was outstanding (right across from pool), close to beach, market and shopping. House has great floor plan to allow for family time together and private time also. Well furnished and appointed, beach and pool toys, bikes, kitchen well stocked, beach towels, etc., everything you need was included and 2 golf carts was a plus. The communication from the owner was amazing, very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Excellent location for staying at Bald Head Island

Clean and accommodating location for our week stay at BaldHead. We have been coming here for many years and both my wife and I agree that this is one of the nicest and cleanest places that we have ever stayed in. The amenities were great and perfect for our family of 5. The location was perfect for getting to the beach and grocery store. 2 golf carts were provided and even a shibumi for the beach. The owner was kind and made herself readily available for us if we needed her. It was quiet and the pool was great for our grandchildren. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay and will certainly consider coming back next summer.

Wonderful Host

We had the pleasure of staying at this property last weekend when Hurricane / Tropical Storm Ian came through. The house was very cute and had everything our family of 4 needed - especially when we were stuck inside during the storm. Well stocked kitchen, games, puzzles, and blankets. I cannot say enough about Shanna and the wonderful communication we had with her. She checked on us to make sure we were OK during the storm and did everything she could to make our stay as good as possible. I highly recommend this house!

Beautiful home in family friendly neighborhood

Took our large family to BHI for a quick weekend and this house didn’t disappoint. Not only was the home beautiful, comfortable and well equipped for children of all ages but Shanna was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would come back and recommend this rental to our friends for the future. Added bonus was the neighborhood the home was in. It was quiet and safe with tons of young kids. My children ventured into the common area for hours at a time and made lifelong friends in our short weekend getaway. We definitely will return and strongly recommend.

Perfect summer stay in a very relaxing location!

First of all the house is exactly as pictured and incredibly clean and well maintained. The property manager was SO responsive. The pack and play was broken when we arrived and the owner/manager got us a new one delivered right away. The house came with everything we could have needed. Board games, bikes, seasonings, tin foil even a shabumi and spike ball! The location was very convenient and we didn’t think it was a problem being a bit away from the beach as there was always plenty of parking at the beach access points and the golf carts made it easy to get everywhere. The community pool is directly across from the front door which was great since the bald head club was packed the two times we went so we used the community pool instead and often had the whole thing to ourselves. At max there was only ever one other family there. We would absolutely return and everything was fantastic!
