Nieuw bij VRBO: Park Place - On The Commons in Cape Fear Station, Walk to East Beach

Het Park Place ligt op een unieke locatie voor een actieve vakantie op dit exclusieve barrière-eiland in Noord-Carolina. Het ligt op een steenworp afstand van Commons Park, op 3 minuten lopen van het prachtige East Beach en op 5 minuten lopen van een duik of diner in de elegante Shoals Club.

Het huis, ideaal voor een vakantie met twee gezinnen, is nieuw eigendom en is in 2018 volledig opnieuw ingericht, met nieuwe bedden en meubels. De omgekeerde plattegrond is voorzien van een beschutte veranda op de 2e verdieping om te profiteren van de bezienswaardigheden van het aangrenzende park en de geluiden van de nabijgelegen oceaan.

De open 2e verdieping bevat ook een grote kamer, eetkamer, volledig uitgeruste keuken, ½ bad en een stapelbed kamer (twee twin-meer dan-volledige stapelbedden). Beneden is er een grote slaapkamer (koning) en twee extra slaapkamers (koningin), allemaal met een eigen badkamer en Smart-tv's.

Een aparte crofter beschikt over een slaapkamer (queensize bed), mini-keuken, slaapbank, Smart TV en een complete badkamer, allemaal gelegen boven een wagengarage met 4 en 6-persoons golfkarretjes (beide op onderhoudscontracten). zorgen voor betrouwbaar en zorgeloos vervoer rond het eiland), evenals fietsen, strandstoelen en strandspeelgoed. Tussen het huis en de crofter is een patio met houtskoolgrill en vrije buitenruimte.

Extra voorzieningen zijn lidmaatschap (beschikbaar voor afzonderlijke aankopen) bij de Bald Head Island Club (inclusief golf) en Shoals Club, buitendouche, kinderstoel, porta-wieg en babyhekje, schommelstoelen voor de veranda, beddengoed en een uitstekende lokale vastgoedmanager die kan eventuele zorgen of problemen snel nemen.

Deze accommodatie verhuurt vrijdag-vrijdag in juni en juli en op zaterdag en zaterdag in augustus.

The property fit our families well! The location was great — across the street from the park and a short drive/walk to the beach. The house was beautiful. It was well stocked and organized. Plenty of room for our family. The porches and outdoor living spaces were very nice. It was one of the best locations we have stayed at. So convenient to everything we needed. The host was excellent to communicate with. Great experience!!!

Classic Bald Head House

Just as the title states. Very nice place with the classic bald head feel, nestled in a bunch of palms and natural brush. Front porch is perfect for watching kids play in the green space across the street. Plenty of room and comfortable. 2 6-seat golf carts that are in good condition. Lots of chairs and beach toys for kids and the beach is a 1 minute ride away.

We were very happy with this house. The location is great and the house was very clean and comfortable. The photos don’t do it justice. We were really happy with how well equipped the house and kitchen were and the two six seater golf carts worked great. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location and home

Another great trip to BHI! Park Place sits right in front of a quaint park that our boys played frisbee at everyday. The format of the house was perfect. Kitchen and living room up and the bedrooms down. The Crofter was a bonus. The owners obviously worked hard to provide all the necessities. Waffle iron, Tupperware, pans, cookware etc. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your place, we will certainly be back.

Great Thanksgiving Family Time

Park Place on Bald Head Island was a wonderful property for getting our children and grandchildren together. The grandchildren loved playing in the park across the street and the location was excellent to enjoy all the sights of the island by golf cart. We had a delicious Thanksgiving lunch at the Shoals Club and participated in the island Christmas parade on Friday evening. We would highly recommend Park Place

House is very clean and roomy. We had eight people and a baby. Plenty of space for everyone. The outside of the house and the porch furniture needs cleaning. Golf carts could be updated. Perfect location for a group of families

Location is great - very walkable to the beach and club. Only issue was some dirty shelves, missing towels and a stuck lock and subsequent suggestion from the property manager that our kids had created the issue. (why would I want to mess with their locks or steal towels from a rental????). Once we got past that, we had an amazing stay.

Another wonderful week on BHI

We have rented houses on BHI years, our needs changing as our family grows. Park Place was perfect for this year’s vacation with our kids and grandkids. We love to cook as a family and the kitchen was the best stocked kitchen of any rental we have had on the island. The high chair, booster seat, kids plates and utensils were unusual , appreciated additions . The mattresses and linens were also the highest quality we have come across in a rental. The park across the street was perfect for our grandsons , especially since it was cool and windy during our stay. Sharon was very easy to work with and quickly answered my many, many questions. We hope to return!

Wonderful house and great location!

Quiet convenient location, roomy and comfortable house, truly hospitable owner/host. Can hear the ocean from the house (Bald Head point down the street), yet with the benefits of a tree-lined street w a beautiful park across the road. Would be happy to live here:-)

Fantastic Property! Would Rent Here Again!

We rented this property for my family to get together for Thanksgiving. There were 8 total people and the house was perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked and the owner was nice enough to talk with me beforehand so I knew exactly what was going to be available to me before packing for the trip, allowing me to bring a lot less than I thought I would have in order for me to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The owner was extremely responsive and was a dream to work with before and throughout the stay. The house was extremely clean, well stocked, in a great location...all in all we had a wonderful visit and would recommend this property to anyone in the future. Thank you for a wonderful family holiday weekend!!
