    Southard Comfort is hondvriendelijk!

    Sunshine omringt u op deze golfbaan / lagune met vier slaapkamers, 3. 5 badkamers schoonheid met uitzicht op de oceaan, op slechts enkele minuten van het strand. Beneden in deze omgekeerde plattegrond zijn vier slaapkamers; twee zijn koningen met privétoegang tot de schermportiek. De eerste heeft een eigen badkamer, de tweede heeft een Jack en Jill met de derde slaapkamer die is ingericht met een tweepersoonsbed en een eenpersoonsbed. De stapelbed kamer is geschikt voor vier personen en maakt gebruik van een bad net buiten de deur. De achterporch biedt een rustig toevluchtsoord en nestelt zich op de beboste duinrug van het eiland.

    Boven zult u dol zijn op de houten afwerking en de open plattegrond met twee woonruimtes, één met een open haard en de andere met toegang tot het zonneterras. De keuken beschikt over veel prep ruimte evenals een wrap-around bar voor zes personen. De ruime eethoek is ingesteld op acht, maar biedt gemakkelijk plaats aan meer.

    Inbegrepen in uw huur zijn internettoegang en een golfkar met vier passagiers en zes passagiers. Bovendien zijn de huurkosten van WWP-huizen inclusief schoonmaakkosten, schadeverzekeringen en onze Property Manager Assistance Line, 24/7 beschikbaar ... iets wat u op prijs stelt als uw airconditioning in het weekend uit gaat of u een golfkarflat krijgt na 5 P.M. (Lidmaatschappen van BHI Club en Shoals Club zijn beschikbaar voor extra kosten.)

Clean, great floor plan for our family

Clean house, comfortable beds. Loved the layout for our 6 kids.AC wasn't working well and WWP had it fixed immediately for us. Nice 6 seater and 4 seater golf cart. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Hope to come back!

Would rent again for price value and overall comfort plus location.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first day we arrived there were six roaches in different spots of the home. I sent a message regarding them and no response. The entire time we were there we would wake up and have to kill roaches. Such a horrible thing when paying so much for a home. Extremely disappointed. Internet modem broke and they couldn’t fix it.

Still a great Thanksgiving on BHI - we’ve been coming since 2002 - but there was a dip regarding the amenities and rental services this year. The house was clean but is deficient in kitchen-wares (no measuring cups, cake pans, etc). The golf carts both died multiple times despite being charged, and our welcome-pack had materials from years before. The house has promise; definitely had a fun week. But the experience needed some TLC on multiple fronts.

The house was clean, roomy and in a great location. It was pretty well stocked with everything we needed except pans. No complaints except for the following: The 6 seater golf cart was extremely slow and stopped charging on labor day and it was not replaced until the next day. Unfortunately we had 8 people and a 4 seater golf cart to deal with that created a lot of issues for our family and getting people where they wanted to go. The rental agency did not have a solution as they said they had no one on the island to repair it that afternoon. The replacement was good but then they exchanged the rental for the original golf cart on Wednesday and it was as slow or slower than before. Trash was never picked up at the house. The cans were full when we arrived and there was no where to put our garage so it was stacked outside. Construction workers showed up unannounced to fix a door outside of the master bedroom at 7:15 am one morning and woke us all up. The 4 bicycles had tire issues so they couldn’t be used.

So far not great. Happy to review when we leave, but all appliances, bathrooms are dated. Sofas are dirty. Upper deck should have patio table or more chairs. Needs to be stocked better. So far we prefer most of the other BHI houses. Let’s don’t work.

We stayed in Southard Comfort. location was nice however this property is a true rental and needs updating. Exterior doors are rotting, furniture is very dirty, landscape is over grown and golf carts weren't great. experienced some issues while vacationing and WW worked to resole the problems. this would be a great house if it was updated.
