'Property is a bit rundown. No housekeeping for stays less than 8 nights, had to collect towels and amenities from reception'

'Bed linen was clean but there was no base on the bed so the matress sagged. Clothes dryer was in bad state - didn't dry clothes and was incredibly noisy. No on site check in - which was advertised on the booking app. Ok if you just need a place to sleep. '

'Check in was difficult due to procedure with a form even thou you are prepaid for after hours check in this had to be done, so we had to physical go to the property to do this, we were in the area and had to drive quite a way to do this before the closed at 3pm, we arrived no one was at reception but open after a wait a lady came we did check in and then our room wasn't ready, so we got the keys and left. We stayed 2 nights but the first night didn't get to our room until early evening and out...

Heated Pool, mini golf and games room with Sauna gave everyone something to enjoy! pretty easy walk to Moolollaba and also Alex Surf club and local restaurants! Managers were great to deal with! Units in property obviously vary in quality of fit out! We ended up with Unit 24 on third floor which was very dated, bit cold and tired and was also up 3 flights of stairs and I had elderly family members with me which made this bit...
