'We had a pleasant stay at Sanctua, the room is as described. The view in the morning, evening and night was stunning with calm water and the mountain. We didn’t have time for kayaking, or it would have been more fun. The staff was friendly and helpful.'

'We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered...

'I had a beautiful one hour full body massage from the therapist. She uses oils that are produced by the owner. My wife and I enjoyed two glorious days at the retreat. The rooms and verandahs are astounding with particular care given to the quality of the building and its surrounds. All our meals were served by experienced friendly staff and nothing could be faulted. We could truthfully say that no one would be disappointed with this lovely place. We were truly sad to leave.'

'Great location on top of the ridge, great view from the heated pool/restaurant area. Very friendly staff. Our suite's pool was very cold and dirty, even after they sent someone to clean it, so we passed. They were also out of multiple items, bit of a drag.'

Breathtaking location with, even for Balinese standards, extremely nice staff. Specially Revi and the new trainee made sure we had an incredible stay.
Make sure you order the Rijsttafel in the Clouds restaurant.. you won’t regret it.
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
PS: Very sad to see some visitors/ tourists still behave very rudely to the super friendly staff. In my opinion you don’t deserve the Balinese hospitality. Sorry on their behalf..
