' The hotel in general and our room in particular was clean, refreshed and welcoming. The pool T was perfect, kids loved the water slide. There was an issue with the payment, but the staff worked out the problem and it was solved in the end. Overall an amazing 3 days there. '

'The ensuite room was clean and cosy with a lovely view of the garden. Breakfast was delicious and healthy, made fresh each day. When we requested dinner, this was also delicious and at a good price.The location was close some lovely towns and only 2.5hrs from Sofia. Wifi had good connectivity. The hosts were very friendly, had lots of suggestions for places to see and where to eat. They catered to us perfectly. Looking forward to coming again. '

'Magical location, really romantic and serene. We stayed at the castle which was a great and unique experience. We had a little issue with the toilet seat and the room was a bit small but I guess this was part of the charm of the place. Staff were really nice and friendly especially the somellier, yet some of them were very young and clearly needed some additional training. However, breakfast was nice and wine and rakish were divine. Place has so much charm and is really really unique.'

"Bon rapport qualité/prix. L'hôtel n'est pas en plein centre ville mais à proximité immédiate de tram, métro et gare... il est donc aisé et rapide de rejoindre le centre. Le personnel était sympathique et efficace. La chambre propre et fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner compris était un plus. Simple mais suffisamment varié (et aux horaires appréciables : ouverture assez tôt si des excursions sont prévues dans la journée, et assez tard pour des jours où on veut rester plus longtemps au lit). "
