Front desk staff was some of the best! We travel a lot and front desk staff are usually quick to just get u out of the their face! He took his time while still working to get us moving, explaining dining and breakfast options and times! He was the best! I didn’t get his name but we checked in may 18th at 3! So bravo to him he was the best!

I somewhat enjoyed my stay. The area was convenient and the room was presentable. However, I left a perfume bottle, Dior rose and roses, and called as soon as I seen I didn’t pack it, which was the next day. I got a lot of runaround and no one ever called back the three times I called the person said they left a note for their manager… but no one ever called. When I called for the 4th time my calls were being declined. Very poor customer service and I do not like thieves. Never would I recommend.

Several charges were made to my card, I'm trying to contact the hotel and no one can resolve my problem. I'm a foreigner and they're giving me headaches, and on top of that, the hotel's cleanliness is poor. I don't recommend anyone staying at this place.

I didn't like that there is no cameras on or around the property my car got broken into right in front of the hotel and there was no one at the front desk and no cameras to record what happened I will never recommend or stay at this hotel again
