'The staff were amazing at the Cross lanes , wv location!! Family had several issues traveling and the best part was their early arrival - staff at this location welcomed them and were so wonderful !! It was 2:30am and they were so nice helping them get settled!!

'This is a nice, clean, comfortable and convenient motel. But the WiFi connection was impossible to connect to and the response I got from the staff was: I am having the same problem. For the price to stay here I expected to have decent WiFi available . Otherwise, a pretty nice place with a better than average breakfast.'

'Being this was my first time staying here it wasn't a good experience. The amenities, well the pool isn't working, the fire place that looks so inviting, doesn't work hasn't in years.
The carpets and riped and stained. My first room smelled bad, was moved to another room up stairs. The floor had a stain, didn't think anything about it until I walked in it and it was sticky. The door keys don't work half the time, everytime I had a new key made before I went up stairs. I got tired of walking...

'Honestly, this was the very best hotel. I’ve stayed at ever. Everything was clean. Everything smelled clean. The bathtub was actually clean and didn’t have any residual on it. It was an absolute delight and I’m so glad I stayed there. Even the lady or the man I should say when I came in the door, remember my name and gave me...
