'The staff were amazing at the Cross lanes , wv location!! Family had several issues traveling and the best part was their early arrival - staff at this location welcomed them and were so wonderful !! It was 2:30am and they were so nice helping them get settled!! Thank you !! The housekeeping staff were phenomenal here & seriously take pride in their work- the kindness alone was something you don't see much anymore. We will always recommend this location to anyone!! 'Remodeling didn't bother my stay. Late check-in without a hitch.'

It was an absolute delight and I’m so glad I stayed there. Even the lady or the man I should say when I came in the door, remember my name and gave me...

'We checked in late and the staff was super nice and very helpful!'

'De kamer kon properder zijn, de man aan de balie toen we toekwamen kon vriendelijker zijn. Het moest allemaal snel snel gaan'

'Nothing wrong with an old building, but some maintenance is necessary.'
