'Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Hotel location was good. However, cleaniness and upkeeping can be significantly improved, for e.g.: a) surroumding edges of bathroom sink and floor finishing were dirty and mouldy b) no electric socket in the bathroom which is surprising for a 4 star hotel Charging points are limited and w/o USB being available. Bed lamps can be installed to improve lighting.'

'Fabulous stay at Capri by Fraser JB. The rooms were huge and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. I had a really good nights sleep. Made good use of the kitchen cabinet to eat in my room. What really stood out for me was the very friendly and professional staff from check in and check out by the team at the reception, to housekeeping taking care of my room and amenity requests and keeping the rooms in tip top condition. Another fantastic return stay and I would definitely be back to stay again....
