'Our second visit to this beautiful home. As lovely as we remembered. Incredibly comfortable with remarkable views. Loved walking on the beach from private access stairs, gazing out the huge picture windows, enjoying family time in large living room and resting in the nicely appointed bedrooms. Simply ideal.'

'This is our second time staying at Jack's place and I'm sure it will not be our last. We love how close to beach access it is. We also love the sun room and the dining room area. The kitchen is full of everything you would need. It is very kid friendly with lots of games and puzzles. We loved the addition of the I spy table and the little wooden pinball machine. It was pretty rainy during our stay so it was nice to have things to do inside the house. Thank you for a wonderful stay!'

'Charming place which looks like it stepped out of Pottery Barn. Across from the marina, you can walk anywhere to shops and restaurants and especially close around the back, the coffee shop. The property manager Doreen was so personable and nice, getting us a luggage rack and giving us suggestions. The place is sparklingly clean and well kept. We want to return soon!'

'My family had a fantastic stay at this wonderful Coos Bay / North Bend townhouse. The 3-level design was great for the family to spread out and have their own space, while also sharing time together in the spacious kitchen/dining/livingroom area. Enjoyed spending time in the hot tub or relaxing on the deck while staring out over the bay. Surprised that there was absolutely zero noise from the adjoining townhouses - which made listening to the wind and seaguls that much better. Great Location as...

'The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It is an older home with some updates but it is very nice. Loved sitting in the front room and watching the waves. Did have trouble with the tv but was finally able to get it to work.'

'First thing to note is there is only 1 working shower. The pictures are incorrect. The upstairs shower head is capped off due to a leak causing damage to master bedroom below on main level. The bathtubs are fine, but use up all the hot water, so plan accordingly. Looking back at the reviews this has been an issue since Dec 14, 2023. Luckily, my family is flexible and goes with the flow. 'The location of the property is awesome. It's on the river and right down the street from the hatchery which is a popular drop in spot for fishing on the Elk River. Kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking tools and utensils you need. Great place to stay.'

'We have stayed here twice now and each time has been terrific. The home is set up well, comfortable, clean, and has great access to the beach. We had a minor issue this year but the owners and property managers responded quickly and resolved the problem. We will stay here again!'

'Have come to this property several times and have enjoyed it consistently. It's comfortable with a very nice view over the hills. Note that there is only one shower and it is downstairs, where there are no bedrooms. The bathtub in the primary BR seems nice, but have never used it. There is no shower in that bathroom.'

'Our stay was very nice. The guest house was sparkling clean and well outfitted. The neighbourhood was quiet and private. There is much to do in the area as it’s very close to beaches and many trails.'
