'Great location overviewing the town and great sea view. The room was what you expect for the price. I had a single room with half on-suite, which means shower in the room, but toilet in the hall. That was good enough for me, but people may want to have more privacy. Room could do with a renovation. Staff was super friendly and helpfull and the full Scottish breakfast can't be beaten. And the sea view makes it even better. All in all a great deal for a quaint hotel. I would certainly come...

'Great location in the heart of Cullen. Very nice hotel with excellent restaurant we enjoyed for both lunch and dinner. Room was modern and spacious, especially the bathroom with a freestanding tub. Free parking across the street was very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.'

'Lovely small and homely hotel .Had a comfortable bed and enjoyed waking up to the view out to sea.The toilet and shower could do with being upgraded but was still clean and acceptable.The staff were excellent and very friendly and the evening meal and breakfast we had was very tasty and well prepared.I would especially recommend the Cullen skink. We enjoyed a walk along the beach on a lovely evening which we needed after our very delicious and filling evening meal.'

'We have stayed there before and wanted to return. It was so worth it. Nice room and wonderful restaurant with fabulous food and drink. I even had pancakes and the grill was broken! I had them two years ago and they were the best in Scotland so the owner made sure they could make them again!! They even recognized us (two traveling couples) from two years ago! Such amiable people! Five stars!!'
