The accomodation is very clean. I had a washing machine in my room. The essential amenities were available. The room is well tempered with two separate AC Controllers. The bathroom is very spacious and clean. The kitchenette was also ok but I haven’t used except the fridge. The TV programs are limited but I was not there to watch TV. So that was really not a negative point especially when you have high speed internet. The only negative thing I had was the breakfast. I didn’t find it very cool that the only cheese that was offered was at the same plate of the ham and sausage. I think that shall be separated. But the rest of the food was good and the team was more then polite. In general the Thai People are very polite and have a great attitude towards tourists. I also had a massage there. I can only recommend the silver package. And believe it or not it was cheaper than the one you get on the street shops. So at the end it was a great stay as expected and I am looking forward to be back there soon.

Goed hotel midden in het centrum van Bangkok
Goed hotel midden in het centrum van Bangkok. De kamer waarin wij verbleven was groot, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ontbijt en lunch is erg goed en de dames die er werken zijn fantastisch. Geldt overigens ook voor de dames bij de lobby. In de omgeving een groot winkelcentrum waar je goed kan shoppen (hogere prijsklasse) en heerlijk kunt eten.

Was prettig, ik had een grote suite bij het zwembad. Mooie houten vloer en erg veel ruimte. Het zwembad was wel erg koud. Tuk tuk service naar BTS station is handig.

Wilt u geen omkijken hebben naar wat dan ook, boek dan dit hotel. Onze kamer was ruim, schoon, voorzien van groot TFT scherm, kingsize bed, wasmachine, magnetron, safe etc. Dus geen extra zorgen over bv. opbergen waardevolle spullen etc.

Prima hotel met goede voorzieningen en uitstekende service. Wasmachine/droger op de kamer was erg handig om vieze kleding na meerdaagse trip naar River Kwai resort weer schoon te krijgen. Het hotel ligt wat afgelegen, maar is goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer. Tijdens onze periode werd het riool in de straat vervangen wat overlast gaf, maar de buurt wel zal verbeteren.

I loved that the hotel was off the beaten path. There is a one 7-11, a couple spots to eat, a 24 hour grocery store. The pool was shaded around 3pm so the water was cold. Even tho it was hot outside.

Nang knew to bring cappucino after I'm finished the fruit course of a delightful breakfast buffet from simple observation. Lek makes the finest three-egg omelets in Bangkok. Pool water temperature just perfect, and almost always deserted. No complaints and loads of praise.

BTSプロンポン駅から大通りを歩き、静かな路地に入った所にあります。7.8分かかります。近くに24時間開いてるスーパーや、コンビニ、マッサージ屋さんがあります。建物は清潔で、よくメンテナンスしてあります。フロント方は英語を話します。朝10時から 大通りの手前まで、車で送ってくれます。部屋は、とても広く、ソファもあり、キッチンには、小さめなダイニングテーブルがあります。大きい冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、洗濯機まであります。お皿、グラス、フォークスプーンなどもあります。毎日瓶入りの水を頂けます。洗濯用洗剤や、食器用洗剤まであり、7泊したのですが、かなり助かりました。タイは暑く汗をかくので、特に洗濯機は重宝しました。 シャンプー、ボディソープはありますが、コンディショナーはありません。 ハンガーをいくつかお願いしましたら、洗濯用のラックを持ってきて下さりました。日本のテレビ4局も見ることができます。 ただ一つ気になったのは、別の部屋で、肉などを調理した匂いが部屋に入ってくることが、何度かありました。匂いが、かなり強く部屋に干してる洗濯物に匂いがつくかと心配しました。 それ以外は快適な滞在でした。 また、バンコクに行く際には、是非利用させて頂きたいです。

Great stay! I loved Adelphi Grande - the staff, the cleanliness and the proximity to the main street and the shopping centre. My lovely housekeeper went above and beyond in showing me how to use the washing machine, bringing extra water bottles and a dryer too. Nobody can match the Thai customer service and warmth. 朝8時ごろにホテルへ到着。14時チェックインのところ10時〜11時にチェックイン可能と案内して貰えました。(実際は荷物を置かせてもらい、トイレで着替えとメイクをさせて貰ってすぐにチャトチャへ) 事前にメールにて喫煙ルームをリクエストし答えて頂けました。ベランダで喫煙可能です。 周辺は静かでセブンイレブン、TOPSマーケットも近くとても環境が良いです。 スタッフの方々も日本人に慣れているため、とても接しやすく感じが良いです。 チェックアウトは10時ですが、フライトが22:50だった為、レイトチェックアウトできるか前日に確認したところ、14時まで無料で延ばして貰えました。 ただ、プロンポン駅からは思ったより遠く感じます。ネット情報ではソイの入口まで専用のトゥクトゥクがあるように記載されていますが、実際はありませんでした。理由は分かりません。 アメニティに手洗い用石鹸がないので、現地で調達するか、持参をお勧めします。 また、滞在したいサービスアパートです。

Very beautiful and clean hotel, would highly recommend. However the washer/dryer thats available only washes does not dry clothing. Had to leave off premises to find a place to dry clothing. Front desk clerk helped with finding a safe location. Overall pretty good hotel!!! Breakfast was hot and fresh and Sing was Such a gentlemen

The Adelphi Grande is a gorgeous hotel situated in a convenient location close to a variety of shopping, restaurants and transportation. What makes it extra special is their amazing staff. We were immediately warmly welcomed by James and Momay upon arrival, offering any assistance needed. The next day we encountered a problem with a flight booking we had made, and Pang and Rafa went above and beyond to assist us with our issue. It was really greatly appreciated. The staff's genuine hospitality is what makes the Aldelphi extra special. Highly recommended!
