  • Ons complex is een gloednieuwe, speciaal gebouwde executive residentie voor huurders voor lang en kort verblijf op Sukhumvit 39. Het pand straalt het gevoel van een huis uit met alle faciliteiten en diensten die u alleen zou verwachten in een internationaal vijfsterrenresort.

    Wat maakt ons uniek?- Onze recreatieve voorzieningen zijn van topklasse en mijn personeel is zeer servicegericht. Wij zijn zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen. We zitten op een geweldige locatie, plus met de voorzieningen en faciliteiten in de buurt, kunt u hiervan profiteren en probleemloze tijd / vakantie hebben.
    Bovendien heeft elke kamer, verdieping, faciliteit en lift op het terrein een toegangskaart nodig. Zelfs de huurders zelf hebben alleen toegang tot de verdieping waarop ze wonen en de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes, waardoor alle bewoners maximale veiligheid en privacy hebben.

    Onze unit heeft een ruime slaapkamer met een prachtig uitzicht op de stad (panoramisch uitzicht), met volledig ingerichte kitchenette, een aparte woonkamer met balkon.

    We hebben twee torens, een is waar onze korte termijn bewoners zijn en de andere is alleen voor lange termijn expats. U kunt echter gebruikmaken van de voorzieningen en voorzieningen in beide gebouwen.

    Ik ben altijd beschikbaar om via telefoon of e-mail met de gast te communiceren. Ik werk bijna 12 uur per dag en ben bijna altijd in het gebouw aanwezig. Mijn medewerkers zijn er 24/7, als ik niet beschikbaar ben, kunnen ze je helpen. Ik ben altijd op zoek om de gast te helpen, dus er is niets om je zorgen over te maken.

    Recreatieve voorzieningen en restaurants in onze compound. Ook liggen andere restaurants op loopafstand. Gasten kunnen hier slapen, hier ontspannen met behulp van onze faciliteiten, hier zwemmen, sporten en eten in onze restaurants in het gebouw. Our Residence is een slimme keuze voor reizigers naar Bangkok en biedt elke keer een ontspannen en zorgeloos verblijf.

    We hebben een shuttleservice die de gast in de buurt laat vallen, evenals skytrain (BTS) en MRT en bussen om ons heen op loopafstand.
    Er is gratis parkeergelegenheid in het gebouw.

    Wij bieden een ophaalservice op de luchthaven met een vergoeding van ongeveer 500 baht netto. Je kunt me laten weten of je die hulp nodig hebt.

    Dicht bij de grote zakenwijken, banken, internationale scholen, ambassades, parken, restaurants, ziekenhuizen, winkel- en uitgaanscentra, biedt het pand bewoners ook gemakkelijke toegang tot snelwegen en snelwegen. Van en naar uw bestemming reizen was nog nooit zo eenvoudig, met directe doorgang naar de wegen Sukhumvit, Phetchaburi en Asoke. Wat meer is, BTS (Phrom Phong) en MRT (Asok) stations, Fuji en Villa supermarkten, het Emporium winkelcentrum, Benjasiri Park, Kasikorn Bank en Bank of Ayudhya liggen allemaal op slechts enkele minuten loopafstand.

My only recommendation would be to have more accurate or precise directions to this location. Every taxi or Uber driver had difficulty locating it.

The kitchen only has basic utensils, so it would be tricky to cook properly, but then if you are on holiday you want to eat out anyway, so maybe not a problem. My only comment would be the hardness of the mattress, there is firm and then there is solid. If you like a very hard mattress you will be fine. The reception staff were all extremely kind and helpful.

Nice stay. Great staff and we liked location, size of room, TV channels, Wi Fi was great. Only complaint was that there needs to be more attention to tidiness around entire property. Every morning when I went to swim, pool area was messy, trash and other unmentionables around while pool guys just ignored it. Staff sleeping on stairs up and around upper pool area. Management needs cameras to watch maintenance staff on upper common areas. We would definitely return.

Only given 2 bath towels with 1 hand towel and 1 face towel everyday. Utensils are sufficient for 2 people use. Can't walk under sun in the summer and difficult to get a taxi in early morning. Motorbike is unavailable at nite outside the Japanese restaurant. Lights were off the last 2 nights that need to call people downstairs to restart the MCB box..

Not my first stay with Suphathep. Made sure I attempted to stay at his apartment again after the wonderful first stay a few months ago. Was given the same apartment. Its still as clean and well touched up as before. Excellent customer service at lobby one made sure I felt at home immediately. Location is right in the middle of where all the Japanese restaurants, bar, and bakeries were location. A short walk to Phrom Phong BTS, and an even quicker motortaxi ride to Asok BTS, so it is really convenient. There is a seven-eleven convenient store right at the foot of the building, so getting the daily necessities of water, snacks etc were too easy. Best stay in Bangkok, in my humble opinion. The pool and fitness centre were major pluses for someone who is there for work. The washing machine in the apartment also made my daily laundry easy. YOU NEED TO STAY HERE.

Have been to so many different apartments and hotels in Thailand, and I have to admit that my stay at Suphathep's apartment has to be the most comfortable, high quality and enjoyable. From the moment of check-in where his staff was most pleasant and helpful with her directions on what to do. To stepping into the freshly made apartment which is neat, clean, well furnished to the detail, and as a traveler's perspective - it has everything! Including towels and other small items in the bathroom. The estate is surrounded by interesting cafes, restaurants and also just a quick walk tot he main Sukhumvit road. There is a also a small 7-11 for you to stock up on water and snacks. Truly my best stay in Bangkok, and it definitely rekindled my love for the city.

My husband and I visited Bangkok with our 3 year old daughter for a few days to get adjusted to jetlag and check out the city a bit. The building was a little challenging to find the first time, but it was never a problem getting back again once we oriented ourselves to the area. The apartment was super clean and spacious. The two pools and kid playrooms were perfect for keeping the kid happy. The shuttle was great and easy to take to the grocery store or BTS station. Everyone who worked at the complex was friendly and accommodating. I'd definitely recommend a stay here!

What you see is what you get - and more! Apartment was really nice and spacious and amenities were awesome. The gym was well loved by my partner who made me work out during 4 out of 5 days of the trip (that's a first!). Ran into some issues finding the place initially but I called Supha on a Friday night at 7pm and he did pick up and explained the exact location to my cab driver - who got there after without any issues! Great host for being available! Check in was a breeze and even though language was abit of a barrier but body language and hand gestures to communicate solved it! The staff were really helpful and welcoming. Had the essentials (namecard of residence and map) provided upon check in and there was never a problem thereafter getting back. Great shuttle service saved us alot of time and money traveling to the center of Bangkok :) Hair dryer (ever important for a lady!!), clean towels and all the kitchen essentials were available. Room service was done daily and place was cleaned nicely with no shifting of our belongings. All in all, a wonderful experience and totally looking forward to coming here for my Bangkok trips. Already spreading the word to my friends to check out this place for accommodation whenever they are in Bangkok!

I really feel home in this place, everyone is very helpful and very friendly, from the reception to the security guards, you just feel safe and happy among them, the apartment is full option equipped, quality, nice balcony view & great facilities included the place located close to everything you need! its few minutes to the main train station BTS, which is in front of Emproium mall, and before you reach BTS on your left you find Villa market where you can do shopping and find everything you need! The place also surrounded by many executive residences which gives the place quality and foreign environment, so you can see foreigners always around and make friends ^^ The place also has free shuffle services every 30mins drives you around Bangkok for free! just contact the reception for it.
