⏱️ Strict Check-Out: Our check-out time is strictly enforced to allow us time to prepare the room for the next guest. A late check-out fee of 450 THB per hour will apply.
🧼 Cleaning Policy: Our standard cleaning fee covers a thorough refresh of your room upon departure. However, if the room is left with a significant mess beyond typical usage, an additional 500 baht for deep-cleaning charge may apply.

🏨 The Front Desk & Lobby: Please note that the main lobby and front desk staff manage the residential building, not our private rooms. Sitting or waiting in the lobby for extended periods is not permitted by building management.

🤫 Peace & Quiet: Please keep noise levels down, especially during the night. Our neighbors value their peace, and no musical instruments are allowed.
🔑 Lost Keycard: Please remember to bring keycard every time when you leave the room to avoid problems when using elevator.
✨🔑 If the keycard is lost or not return we have to charge 1000 baht per time. ‼️
👟 Shoes Off: Please kindly remove your shoes at the entrance to keep the floors clean and cozy.
🔌 Eco-Friendly Stay: We kindly ask you to turn off all lights and air conditioners whenever you step out of the apartment.
🍳 Kitchen Care: Please wash all tableware, pans, and pots after use so the kitchen stays fresh.
🐾 House Limits: No pets, illegal drugs, or unauthorized outside guests are permitted on the property.
🧯 Fire Exit: For everyone's safety, please use the fire exit only in case of an actual emergency. (Unauthorized use may result in a 5,000 THB building fine).
🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the property, including marijuana/cannabis.
⚠️ Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.
