Hotel is nice, good value
hotel is nice, breakfast only is available, no other meals. At night, the room lighting is very limited, so the room appears very dark. But during the day, with the curtains open, the room is very bright. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good location close to grocery store, street food and other restaurants. And close to BTS.

Great location good hotel, great value for money
This hotel was in the middle of the hustle and bustle which we liked. Right next to all the amenities of the city. Food , shopping the lively nightlife Good value for money, when we go back to Bangkok for 2 nights we will stay again. There’s a chain that sits just up from this hotel that does street painting of any photo well worth a visit. I’ve ordered 9 photos for my return to Bangkok

Pro - bed was comfortable (If you don't mind soft) and close to Nana station Cons - everything looks tired and not reflected in the pictures at all. Music woke me 2/3 mornings (6:10am!) Towels have crusty brown stains. Breakfast was just tolerable. By day three I went elsewhere to eat. Front desk staff totally unhelpful- "is there a problem with the wifi?" Staff "yes". So wifi terrible. No cold water in my sink or shower? Had to go cool off in the pool. That has seen better days. No pillows on the seats like in the pictures. The spot that once was a bar at the pool was a ratty hole. Frankly it was uncomfortable being up there on my own. No one seems to wash and replace the pool towels so by Sunday there were none. I never saw one room cleaning cart so I'm not sure what's going on there. Buttons don't work for the elevator on floor 7 and no staff was bothered at all even though there was myself and another guest letting staff know. Also, when I arrived the front desk wanted 1000 baht cash as a deposit! I said no way you can put it in a credit card and HE refused. Stalemate. I won. Won't stay here again for sure. You can do way better in Bangkok for the price.

Clean modern hotel. Room a little on the small side but not really an issue. Gym equipment provided but limited variety. Breakfast really good. Overall very satisfied. Have stayed in a few 4 star hotels on this trip and Glow is very well representative of 4 stars. We were very happy with this hotel compared to the other "4 starred" hotels we stayed at. Shopping areas eg. Terminal 21 approx 10-15min walk. Other shopping areas accessible via the skytrain. Nearest skytrain Nana station within 5min walk.

Good, actually pretty good.
The room had a nasty smell coming out the bathroom drain, stunk up all the room. They did spray some odor killing spray and got moved to a better room the next morning.

We have stayed here before 3yrs ago and the property was alot newer and in better condition. I was very disappointed when we checked in as someone had been smoking in the room and it stunk of cigarette. There was also no towels or mat in bthrm. After along flight you don't feel like going up and down to keep complaining about things. In saying all that the staff did sort it out. I would stay again as its close to our dental clinic.

Nice clean hotel
The hotel itself was nice, with spacious clean rooms. The area itself was on the dodgy side, especially in the evenings when everyone is cruising the streets. Felt pretty safe though and close to the BTS station. Also we were asked to pay a security deposit in cash which was not made clear in the description.

Great new hotel, a short walk from Skytrain.
I enjoyed the time at GLOW Hotel and especially the nice and comfortable bed. I had the best sleep in weeks. The service was good and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are ok size (Superior King) with everything needed. There is a roof pool (small) and a gym as well. What did not impress on me was the breakfast. I took one look, and then went to another place for breakfast. (This is not a big problem, since there are many choices around.) It is only around 3-4 minutes to walk up to Sukhumvit Road and Nana Skytrain station.

A good hotel near shopping centres
A very good property overall. Because we were arriving in Bangkok at 6AM, we had secured an hotel room for the night before and our hotel room was therefore ready when we arrived at the hotel tired after travelling for 18 hours. Modern and spacious rooms with very comfortable bed (the best that we experienced during our 25-day vacation in South east Asia). Very nice bathroom and shower. Very good WiFi. The breakfast buffet is average though with not much choice and is basically the same every day. The Hotel is located in a very busy sector of Bangkok but the rooms are quiet. Very nice roof-top pool and gym. Very good happy-hour. Friendly staff.

Hotel à éviter si on veut dormir la nuit.
Personnel peut accueillant. Problème de nuisances sonores toutes les nuits à cause des clients des chambres adjacentes. Il y a une porte de communication avec la chambre voisine et aucune isolation sonore. Le personnel n'ai absolument pas souriant ni attentionné, ce qui est assez inhabituel en Thailande. La piscine est très moyenne. Le rapport qualité prix prix est très mauvais.

BAD Experience. Dirty and uncomfortable.
除左便宜同近BTS站, 我O念唔到咩值得讚. Except cheap and near to Nana BTS station, I have nothing to appreciate in this hotel. dirty room, hotel staff shouting with walkie talkie in early morning, bad noise insulation, many insects, shower temperature keep fluctuating, not comfortable hotel, bad facilities, no Wifi coverage on 8/F. This is the worst hotel I ever had in Bangkok.

Keep coming back
This is a excellent little boutique hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly, accommodating, professional and go out of there way to make you feel at home. Arrived on an early morning flight and was at the hotel way before check-in time. The reception team ensured l didn’t have to wait too long for my room to be ready. It’s a great little hotel, with lovely rooms and excellent high pressure showers, perfect place to come back to after a big day of shopping and sight seeing.

Not a pleasant experience. Saw a power outage during check-in, make us worrying. Promised a king bed but only twin beds are available, which is disappointing. Found stains and hair on the bed, very disappointing. Got woke up by loud and noisy maintenance work in early morning. Disturbing. Very hard for us to consider coming back again.
