De was een uitstekende schone en klantvriendelijk hotel. Alleen toen wij er waren was het zwembad dicht. We hoorden dat toen we aan kwamen . Er was wel een alternatief in een ander hotel. Dit was wel erg jammer. En het dakcafe was oom een avond dicht voor genodigden. Dit hoor je pas als je er naar toe wilt. Helaas geen alternatief

Novotel is fijn hotel 3 jaar oud dus alles is nog vrij nieuw. Ontbijt is heerlijk en zeer uitgebreid .

heerlijk hotel voor afsluiting vakantie
Dit was de derde keer dat we in Novotel Sukhumvit 20 verbleven. En dat was zeker geen toeval. Het is een heerlijk hotel, gelegen in een prima buurt. Net als vorig jaar hadden we een kamer met toegang tot de executive lounge geboekt. Zeker aan het einde van onze vakantie is dat een extra traktatie. Tussen 17 en 19 uur worden er hapjes en alcoholische drankjes geserveerd. En verder kun je er de hele dag terecht voor drankjes, koffie of thee. Het zwembad is groot genoeg en heeft voldoende ligbedden. Je zit op loopafstand van de Sky train en verschillende shopping malls. Tot slot, het allerbelangrijkste: super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. We komen zeker terug.

Our experience at Novotel was highly disappointing. The customer service was subpar, and we won't be returning or recommending it to anyone. Despite booking a two-night stay along with our friends, we were charged a deposit four times higher than theirs - $8000 baht compared to their $2000 baht deposit. When we politely inquired about the discrepancy, the staff was rude and dismissive. They told us not to worry about the larger deposit since we would get it back if there was no damage to the room. Even when considering adding breakfast to our reservation, we were quoted different rates than our friends who had just done the same. The entire stay was uncomfortable, with the night staff displaying unprofessional behavior. It's clear that it's an acceptable practice for them to profile guests and charge deposits accordingly. While we did eventually receive our deposit back, the whole ordeal left us feeling uneasy about the hotel's practices and treatment of guests.

Hotellet börjar bli ganska slitet och städningen i hörnen behöver bli bättre. Har bott här många gånger sen det öppnade för att det var rent och fräscht. Det ligger bra till och är fortfarande ganska prisvärt men letar nog efter ett nyare hotell till nästa resa.

Sehr gutes Stadthotel in top Lage bei mehreren großen Malls. Viele gute Essensmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. 7/11 ist 2min zu Fuß entfernt. Zimmer haben eine gute Größe, sind mittlerweile aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Schmälert den insgesamt guten Eindruck aber nur minimal. Der Infinitypool und die skybar sind absolut zu empfehlen, ebenfalls das sehr gute Frühstück mit einer reichhaltigen Auswahl. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, danke für den schönen Aufenthalt 🙏

Hotel is located in walking distance and restaurants. Staff were pleasant and respectful. Would recommend. Roof top bar is a must visit.

Very clean hotel in a central location. Was offered a breakfast package for 6 US dollars/day on check in. Was charged 450 bhat($13us)/day for breakfast. Sign offered laundary for 1000 bhat/bag. 2 bags submitted. Was charged for 3 bags ($88 us)- explained that more than 15 individual socks would count as a separate bag. When discussed at checkout, front desk was not amendable to making adjustments. Ruined what was otherwise a wonderful stay.

However we do apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Regarding the breakfast package, we have charged the price for an adult at 450 Baht which was agreed upon check in. For the laundry charge, our condition allows for a maximum of 15 pieces per bag, and charges are based on this standard. We sincerely apologize for any confusion and inconvenience caused.
