Welkom op onze elegante berg huis gelegen in het charmante skigebied van Beech Mountain in het hart van de prachtige High Country, North Carolina. Als hoogste stad Oost-Amerika Beech Mountain biedt een overvloed aan charme, gastvrijheid en hoge mijl rust. prachtige Blue Ridge Mountains van North Carolina. De woning is gelegen op Beech Mountain, de thuisbasis van Ski Beech, en het hoogste punt stad ten oosten van de Mississippi. Onze verheven hoogte biedt zowel een prachtig ski-seizoen, en in de zomer de temperatuur zelden meer dan 78 graden is.

Kort en toeren met de auto neemt u mee naar veel van de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden van de High Country's - Grandfather Mountain, The Blue Ridge Parkway, Boone, Blowing Rock, Mast General Store, Linville Falls ...

Het huis heeft een gemakkelijke toegang als we direct gelegen langs berg Parkway, (Highway 184). De aandrijving bestaat uit twee niveaus parkeerplaatsen. Er zijn aparte buiten ingangen elegante stenen trap aan de voorkant en gemakkelijke toegang aan de achterkant. Ons huis is nieuw gebouwd en is voorzien van nieuwe meubels en apparaten. Loop in de deur en merk keuken is volledig ingericht met nieuwe roestvrij apparaten. Er zijn nieuwe contra-top apparaten, servies en bestek, glaswerk, en alle bakken ware, kookgerei en servies u ooit nodig zou hebben. Het huis beschikt over een grote achterdek zitplaatsen om te dineren. Wij bieden alle moderne comfort die waaronder twee plasma-tv's, gratis interlokale gesprekken binnen de Verenigde Staten en RoadRunner breedband / high speed internet.

Het huis is gunstig gelegen in het centrum van de Beech Mountain gemeenschap en slechts een 200 yard lopen naar de skiliften of een korte rit (minder dan een mijl) naar de skischool en het dorp.

Het huis is nieuwbouw en bestaat uit drie slaapkamers, alle fijn linnen en voorzien, twee volledige badkamers Handdoek en zal plaats bieden aan maximaal zes personen in alle comfort en stijl.



In het voorjaar, zomer en herfst, genieten van meer dan 10 wandelroutes op de berg, het gebied watervallen, en forel vissen in vele meren en beken rondom. Verscheidene van de High Country beste golfbanen zijn slechts enkele minuten. Veel mensen ook genieten van raften en kajakken, evenals de nieuwe Zip-line avonturen. Lokale attracties zijn onder Tweetsie Railroad themapark, Grandfather Mountain, het centrum van Boone & Blowing Rock, Linville Falls & Caverns, Mast General Store, Banner Elk Winery, etc.

In het ski-seizoen, kunt u lopen 200 yards naar de Ski Beech pistes (Lower Shawneehaw run) of rijden een halve mijl naar de ingang van het resort.

    Great location! Roomy home

    Stayed at this location as it's a very short walk to the Beech Mountain Ski area (we went to a concert over the summer). House has everything you need, plus we had a deer friend pop by every breakfast to say hi as we ate on the large back porch. Would for sure rent again!

    In need of some TLC

    This property is in a great location with easy walk to slopes. The home was built with every detail in mind. Unfortunately the home needs a little TLC.The couch pictured on the listing is not the couch in the home. The original couch when the home was newly built is pictured. The one there now is something that belongs in an office lobby. Straight back, high couch. You absolutely will not have a relaxing time in the evening after a day on the slopes as the couch is not made to be comfortable or relaxing! The home is in need of a deep clean. Cob webs on the walls, furniture and baseboards caped in dirt and dust. The mattress in the primary bedroom is like sleeping in a crater and needs to be replaced. Kitchen faucet handle falling off. Notified the owner of the dog poop my daughter stepped in upon arriving and the faucet handle with sadly no reply. Won’t be rebooking our annual trip for 2025.

    Family sized property close to slopes

    We enjoyed our stay at beech mountain in this house. the house was clean and had all what we needed. good selection of dishware and silverware. washer and dryer worked well. we enjoyed the real wood fireplace. the master bedroom is quite spacious. We did not need one, but there is no pull out sofabed. The walk to the slopes was easy and brings you right to the lifts. the lock boxes with the keys are a bit cumbersome, this would be my one recommendation for improvement.

    The location of this property was the only highlight. It is conveniently close to everything in town. We did communicate all this to the property manager. Pictures were also sent of our complaints. One thing is that I had to communicate with the cable company for 45-50 minutes to realize that the incorrect cable box was hooked and not powered up correctly for anyone to use. Blinds were not functional. The home cleanliness was very poor. Spider webs in the house. I had to clean the shower heads from black mildew. That's only one example. Definitely need a thorough cleaning of the property.

    Great check in. Easy to find. Slopes are at the end of the road. We had a great time. Enjoyed fireplace and saw lots of deer. No bears though the kids wanted to see them. Would definitely stay again.

    Was a really great place to stay! Very nice to be able to just walk to the lyft and had a rental place super close too. The deer were nice to wake up to every day! We had all the kitchen supplies we needed, home was clean and warm and everything worked as expected!

    Great location with beautiful views

    Well we really enjoyed our stay although we was stuck in the house because snow storm -40 we did what we could. We ultized the hill in the back yard and went sledging for 2 days. When things opened back up we were able to go to beech mountain. I highly recommend 4x4 in the winter months although last year wasn't like this and it was easy to navigate. Driveway has incline so at one point we were snowed in as they only plow the main road on the side. House was clean, cozy, everything we needed ,( could use a few more extra pots and pans and bigger coffee pot) but all was there and host was amazing.

    Overall a nice place to stay! Would rent again! Pots and pans need updating couch supports need to be fixed and need a bbq pit to grill out. All minor but would make a big difference in our stay.

    July 2022 Stay

    We made a mid week reservation for a weekend stay. The Checkin instructions were slightly off as the intrusions had us trying a lock that was incorrect. After looking around we did find the correct one. There were two keys for two separate locks on the back door, and neither worked for the front door. Weird. The house was very dark and most all of the blinds were not completely operable - either up or down. To let light in we raised them during the day and the front and side windows were over grown with trees that need trimming. The kitchen was functional, but very low rental like with low end pots and pans and a micro coffee maker - literally two and a half cups. The fridge was very noisy, but the stove, microwave and dishwasher worked well. The bedrooms were well sized as well as the bathroom. Showers and water was very comfortable, however the bedding and pillows should be replaced - crinkly plastic cover pillows were not only uncomfortable but noisy. The living room AV was just OK, and our daughter thought it was hilarious that her room had a 12” Tube TV / DVD combo and in her words “why exactly is this still here?” Our overall opinion was this was generous 3 Stars because of the AC, Hot Water and Dining table that we enjoyed playing cards and eating at, however the rest is mediocre at best.

    This is our 4th stay here and we always enjoy it when we come to visit family close by. We love the modern accommodations, large back porch & 3 bedrooms. The deer come right in the yard & you're very close to all that Beech Mnt & Banner Elk have to offer.
