A luxury 4 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home located in the Lodges at Eagles Nest. This home is perfect for a family getaway! With a total occupancy of 18 people, bring all of your family and loved ones. Cooking meals will be a breeze in this home. The kitchen features beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, six gas range burners for you to bring out your inner chef.

Entertainment won't be hard at all to find at Triple Bear Lodge. The home boasts a game room including a pool table and an arcade machine. The deck also features a shuffleboard, and a firepit not to far behind, so you can be cozy, and have fun as well. Inside there are seven Smart TV's throughout the home. Each one includes YouTube TV, so you can listen to some great playlists or catch your favorite live game. Sonos speakers fill the entire house, so sound will follow you in each room. There is a mounted tablet in the living room to easily control the speakers, or guests may download a free Sonos app to control it from their phones. Central AC heats and cools the home, but each bedroom has a box fan in the closet for white noise. A home office space is included with a docking station for both Mac and Windows, offering a quiet space for any needed work or school.

Do you like sitting by the fire while cozying up with a good book? Perfect! This home has an indoor gas fireplace. With both an indoor fireplace, and a firepit, you won't go cold. There is also a hot tub at the home. You can sit outside and enjoy the beautiful seasonal mountain views. In the garage, you'll find a ping pong table, cornhole boards, and EV charger. There is also a whole-house generator, just in case!

HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.

Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- This homeowner uses outdoor surveillance cameras to ensure their home stays safe. No cameras monitor the inside of the home or the hot tub area. Camera#1 and #2 are in front of house pointed at driveway and entrance, and Camera #3 is on left side facing house pointed towards garage drive.
- All rentals at The Lodges at Eagles Nest are subject to an amenity access fee, depending on number of guests a home sleeps, in order to maintain the facilities and features that guest have access to. Some amenities at The Lodges at Eagles Nest are seasonal and/or subject to certain hours of operation.
- Guests must supply their own sports equipment for use on the ball fields and sports courts.
- The Lodges at Eagles Nest offers a summer series of concerts open to all guests, with an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- Firewood may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- This home has a gravel drive, and driveway, with enough parking for up to 5 vehicles.
- This home has a Level 2 EV charger.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Sunday.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
