We stayed in the Bell Island Suite, which in no way felt like a suite. It felt more like a dated cottage or camp cabin. 'The room is like a light house keeping room. The rates were reasonable. We had to catch an early plane and the two hotels near the airport were ridiculously expensive. We took the number one from Crossroads and were at the airport in 15 minutes. If you are dropping off a rental, this is the hotel to stay in.'

'As close to right downtown as can be at this price point. Understood what I was getting into with shared bathrooms, hearing other guests absolutely destroying the toilet while I'm taking a shower, not surprised the laundry card machine and multiple vending machines ate my change; it's whatever, I've stayed in student housing before and have had a great time. This time, however, was completely derailed by finding a bed bug directly before bed halfway through the trip.

Breakfast was a definite highlight during which the owner Rob offered recommendations and advice on the local sites, stories, and jokes a plenty. Fantastic location. Would absolutely stay again.'

'Overall, it was a great experience. It's an old building, so if you have the right expectations going in of a quaint old Inn, then you'll be happy. 'The Jag Hotel is unique. We have travelled to many places, but never experienced a hotel like this one. There is music everywhere- in the elevators, the hallways, the restaurants and bars. The unusual furniture and pictures of musicians are amazing! So colourful!!

'We vonden ontvangst beetje koeltjes, wat later wel iets beter werd.
We kregen een kamer op de 4e etage, een suite, dat woord vonden we iets overdreven, de lift ging tot de 3e! Als je meerdere dagen blijft is dat wel een ding met zware koffers. Het bed was echt een drama.
Netjes was het wel, het had een bepaalde uitstraling, iets wat gedateerd. In het toilet staat het water zo hoog dat je hand soms nat werd.
Ontbijt, niet echt bijster goed.Geen brood/broodjes soms verpakte croissants, geen...

'Parking for handicap people has only 2 spots. Need all the front of the building. Extra parking around the ack but not paved.The toilet in the room should be secured to the floor. The room’s windows, on the outside, were covered with bird poop. Only had a one night stay this occasion and the staff were very polite and stated they they would make the repairs as reported.
