'My expectations were quite high because I have stayed at other Wyndham Costs del Sol hotels in Peru. My stay at this Wyndham costa del sol did not live up to my expectations basically because of the personnel at the reception. The hotel has a great location and good facilities though it is a bit outdated. When checking in I did not get the usual vip access as good member, but ok. The checkout was horrible though. A group of about 20 persons just arrived at 11am when I wanted to checkout. Good...

'The room was ok but we had only 1 towel and we were 2. The room was expensive cost $129.70 without breakfast. We pay 30 soles for 2 people and yhe breakfast was too poor coffe or te 2 breads a little butter and very little jam and papaya juice and no napkins'

'The staff was very caring and continously available to assistvour needs. The hotel facilities are well mantained and pleasing. just would like to reccomend that the breakfast include more daily variations and that the restaurant open also for lunch.'
