They tried hard to be a high class resort. And they were close. But there were lots of little things that didn't quite make. Examples include a fitness room that wasn't open until 9 am, or living room TV that didn't work at all.

Things we liked: - amvrosia restaurant- very good food - the bar - the spa, except the pool - good personal Things we didnt liked: - the heating system of tge hotel is electrical. ls noisy and not working too much. Séjour l'été, en couple Les + : Chambre spacieuse, lumineuse et confortable, bon petit déjeuner, piscine extérieure, parking extérieur à proximité, proche du centre ville Les - : spa n'est pas très bien entretenu (1 sauna et 1 hamam ne fonctionnait pas) et ferme tôt (19h), globalement l'hôtel aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement

Für ein bulgarisches Hotel wirklich super freundliches Personal (sind ja aber auch viele aus Griechenland). Shuttle Bus zum Lift. Sehr schönes Zimmer durch Upgrade, vielen Dank!

Very dirty room - we stayed a week and the floor wasn't cleaned once. Tiny TV ~22 inch. Soap and other amenities were replaced inconsistently, and further requests from the cleaning staff were ignored. Subpar gym - very small, 1 partially busted cross trainer, very low variety of free weights, 1 bench, no bars or plates, equipment isn't maintained and staff doesn't know the equipment or how to use it. Air conditioner works but you unexplainably need to set it to cooling for it to heat up the room, and it then constantly shows the temperature in the room is 50c. The room is pretty big. The breakfast is very good, though the menu is constant. The WIFI is PHENOMENAL. They spent the money for ubiquity APs spread across each floor, and the speed and reception is incredible compared to other hotels we've been to. Room service wasn't too expensive and was pretty good.

Exceeded my expectations. The hotel was very well situated, very reasonably priced for the suite we booked. Very friendly and professional staff. Best of all was the onsite sky shop.

Don't book this hotel
I am writing this review since this hotel is presented as a 5-star hotel, but in my opinion, it is a good 3-star hotel and a very bad 5 start. Shuttle, the hotel is far from the gondola, which means you heavily rely on the hotel shuttle, the last shuttle departs from the gondola parking to the hotel at 5, which means you need to end your ski day at 3:30, no apre ski, not even a full day of a ski is available. We were 3 people at the room, but they constantly, every day, gave us 2 robes for the spa and we needed to ask every day a new robe for the third person. Instead of having a bottle of water every day, we had only one, and only on the first day, it was not renewed the following days. The food in the main hall for breakfast and dinner is meh, not a lot of variety, the restaurant in the hotel is good but very expensive. The spa is ok, for a 4-star hotel, but since I paid and this hotel is presented as 5 stars, it is not a good spa at all. The waiters at the food court don't know English, which means that when we asked for an espresso, we were changed 8 euro for 2 cups of 50ml espresso, it was not explained for us. we paid approx 800 euro for 3 nights, I believe this hotel worth 45 euro per night.

Amazing Hotel!
This hotel is amazing! Everyone is very nice and polite, the rooms are lovey and the view and location is amazing. We had complimentary wine and water, a crib for our child was ready and they even provided baby shampoos and lotions. I am beyond impressed with the experience. The only suggestion I have is to make better coffee for breakfast, offer cappuccinos and lattes.

Very good service, but old facilities
The hotel is definitely not up to 5-star hotel standards, but maybe for the price is kind of acceptable. The service is very good - everyone is extremely polite and helpful. However the hotel facilities are old and worn out, the spa is very small and busy in peak hours and the carpet in our room was full of hairs stuck in it for long time...the rooms in reality doesn't correspond at all to the pictures published. The views are very nice, the food is good and convenient shuttle to the gondola. Some refreshment might bring real value to this hotel, as it definitely doesn't correspond to the standard of SLH of the World :).

We like the staff. Mostly everything we ask for was delt with . The restaurant in the evening was lovely . Great meal. We were upgraded, which was unexpected and a real treat. Would recommend it to anyone.

Outstanding, friendly staff, perfect location
Amazing slopes. Hotel was perfect and staff was very pleasant and helpful. Restaurants had a very limited menu but plenty to eat on a 5 minute walking distance. Breakfast was perfect. Highly recommended hotel. Ski rental run by Vic amazing and guided us to the perfect slopes.

Excellent Hotel & Fabulous Spa
Short two day stay at the Premier Luxury Mountain Resort in Bansko for sight seeing, skiing and self indulgence. This hotel is classed as being a 5 star hotel and despite some areas seeming a little worn and tired, actually giving the premises a more homely atmosphere, this was made up for comfortable, spacious rooms complete with all amenities. We all stayed in superior suites, and each and everyone of us was well satisfied with our rooms. Breakfast is abundant in choice, fresh and delicious. Ski gear services are also more than satisfactory. What really stood out during our stay was the hotel spa. Most of us took advantage of the spa facilities and indulged in various massages. The facility is well managed by Jean & Dafni at the spa reception. Welcome was warm, flow of information and description of available services precise. My personal masseuse was a lady called Agni. After a day on the slopes, Agni did wonders to relieve tired leg and arm muscles. Her massage was excellent and enjoyable, and if we would not be leaving the next day I would definately had rebooked with her. In general, all our friends that took massages found them to be truly amazing.

Excellent hotel with very good spa, facilities, free parking, not in the city itself. Near the road to Pirin and ski mountains. Good and various breakfast but less options for vegans. I'll try to choose this hotel next time according to availability

Summer stay in Bansko
Good location with mountain views-if you're in the right room - I'd request one. Pool area nice although a little small for size of hotel. Spa area also good but quality of massage not great - manager of spa gave an extra massage which was much better. Staff very professional and reacted quickly to any of our concerns i.e. Leaking shower, offensive graffiti on lift door. Quality and choice of breakfast was excellent and kept topped up throughout service time. Not 5* by UK standards but a pleasant place to stay. Hotel is surrounded by half built buildings which is a shame and not their fault. Town is being over developed without capacity. First impressions not great. Walk to old Bansko is 20/30 mins downhill and it is lovely there with lots of restaurants and bars open in the summer.

Great expectations but disappointing
Hardly a five star hotel. The suite was quite outdated, parking is a bit of a mess, nobody serves in the lobby bar during the day, the waiter at the pool area was rude and the food was tasteless. On the positive side, the breakfast was good.
