'We had a wonderful stay! We highly recommend the accommodation, you find everything you need and you feel like0 home. The queen-size bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning in the bedroom works great. Big fridge and freezer. We were lucky to stay during the mango season and were invited to take mangos from the wonderful big tree in the backyard every day. The porch is very nice to sit in with a lovely view into the garden.The apartment is located very close to beautiful Rockley Beach....

Ik zou liever 4,5 ster geven omdat dit oord uniek in zijn soort is, maar het heeft wat liefde en aandacht nodig (technisch onderhoud en zo) De gastheer is zorgzaam en gastvrij. 'This is a bungalow next to a mansion in a residential neighborhood near Holetown in Barbados. The surroundings are beautiful and the house is unusual in that there are no glass windows, just openings that have wooden shutters. This gives you a feeling of living outdoors, but with an air conditioner. Initially we were worried about opening the windows and bugs coming in, but there was no issue with that in time of year that we visited (early March). So for most of the time, the windows were open...

'Fabulous garden cottage, literally a steady 5 minutes walk to Gibbes beach or 3 minutes to Mullins beach. Well-equipped and freshly decorated, with aircon in bedroom. Everything as described and more. Looked after by the lovely Wendy but not intrusive. Hummingbirds, green monkeys, parakeets and butterflies in abundance in the amazing garden. Such a relaxing holiday - we will be back '
