'We loved the house and all of its charm. The view was amazing. Loved watching the freighters on their way to/from the Locks. We were there during both hot days (85) & cold (40). The ceiling fans kept the place very comfortable during the heat & the furnace kept us cozy when the weather turned. Great location with an amazing view! Convenient to gas, places to eat, groceries, and more. Host was responsive & helpful. We would love to return again!'

'This was a girls weekend for my mom, her sister and my friend. The property is very nice and there is a nice place to sit where you can watch the boats pass by. The large picture window in the living room is also great for this. The seating in the living room is great for relaxing and visiting. Appreciated the timely and clear communication with the host.'

'My son plays hockey in the Soo so we travel here often. Our favorite property is this one. Three comfy beds (one is a sofa sleeper), fans, nice bedding and towels, fully stocked kitchen, close driveway parking, quiet location… it has it all. Very close to the Pullar for hockey families. Close to downtown and the Locks. Dog friendly. Always clean. This is the downstairs unit in a two story home. You can rent both if need more space. Highly recommended.'

'Peaceful 1 week stay on the beautiful St. Mary's river. Saw over 59 freighters! Lovely home. I forgot to ask if handicapped accessable, so harder for elderly people. My favorite was the terraced back patios to the water, and all the ducks! 2 eagles visited the island out by the river frequently. Deer sightings daily also. Miss it already.'

'Before my summer rush I wanted one last quiet weekend in the UP on the water. This house gave me everything I needed, peace and quiet, an amazing view to watch the freighters. Only thing missing was my boat to go fishing, but that’ll be next time. House is clean updated and wonderful for my family'

'Nice stay host was great communicator. Metal chairs at kitchen table very uncomfortable. Otherwise beds fine. TV and Living area separate from kitchen. Not open concept. Could use TV down in dining room for sport games on TV nice location distance to restaurants though.'

'Great place to stay for a bit! Bedding and furniture were clean and in good repair. The house smelled wonderful. Hostess made the place seem like a safe place to unwind from the busy city life. The only thing that I would have love to have was some patio furniture. But it is early in the season so hopefully the hostess will put it out soon :) great place'

'My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Willow Cove Cabin. When I booked I had no idea of all the friended we would see pass by loved this so much! We had a quiet peaceful stay on this beautiful property! Close enough to visit other areas such as taquanimin falls, white fish point , we even tried yooperlite hunting . We will definitely me coming back here to stay!!'
