'Wonderful place with incredible views right on the sea. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Beds could be a little bit better but the space is so incredible that it didn’t really matter.'

'Traumhafte Lage direkt am Meer bei Alcúdia – leider in starkem Kontrast zum Zustand der Unterkunft. Täglicher Ungezieferbefall, Stromausfälle bei Regen, defekte Waschmaschine (erst nach 6 Tagen ersetzt), maroder Spülenschrank, durchgerostetes Backblech, Holzwurmbefall und muffige Wäsche trübten den Aufenthalt deutlich. Agentur reagierte zwar schnell – die Vielzahl der Mängel war aber nicht akzeptabel.'

'The villa was better than expected. Pool was lovely, kitchen had everything you would need, bedrooms we large. Everything was clean. Only thing we didn't appreciate was someone walking into the property unannounced from an adjoining door complaining we shouldn't be in the pool at 11pm. We booked the villa for private use so this upset our party.'

'Good property overall and I would stay again. Staff were friendly and good. Extremely quiet location. Swimming pool could do with an upgrade as well as some of the bathrooms that have baths only. Finally a minor point and only if you have lots of luggage. You have to walk to the reception from the car park to inform the reception that you have arrived so they can come and help you as it is hard to roll them over the gravel and stones. Similarly my room didn’t have a phone to call the reception...

'The house is situated in Sencelles, a small village in the center of Mallorca. The neighborhood is very pretty and calm and its location makes it easy to reach most of the beaches in the island. We had some issues with parking because there are only a few spots inside the village otherwise you have to park 5/10 minutes away from the accommodation on foot. Overall our stay was really nice. We had to make the payment through Homerti (a Spanish rental agency) but everything went well, they replied...
