'Very nice hotel, the staff were super friendly and helpful! The hotel was a bit further out from town but trams were easy to get to. The facilities were amazing however the only downfalls were that the spa wasn’t yet open and they didn’t have enough sunbeds so we couldnt get one in the afternoon. 'Ik was samen met mijn man voor 4 dagen in barcelona, en verbleven in dit geweldig hotel! Alles was top, kamer elke dag schoongemaakt, heerlijk ontbijtbuffet,je kreeg een kan verse koffie en een kan warme melk op tafel! Verder service was voortreffelijk,schoon hotel en op loopafstand naar strand en grote winkelcentrum! Metro om de hoek en bus 4 min lopen! Wij komen zeker terug naar Vincci maritimio'

'We enjoyed our stay and were welcomed like we were home by the reception after a very long day.. very nice! One little thing was wrong when i ordered a ceasar salade in the bar and told them without ansjovis they told me « ok » but after they served it they said the salsa is with ansjovis... if i knew this before i wouldn’t havr ordered it... but furthermore i enjoyed the beautifull room on the 22th floor and love Barcelona!!! 'De massages vielen tegen, we werden na de massage beetje aan ons lot over gelaten, een glaasje water of thee was wel prettiger geweest, in de Spa was dagenlang een plankje los.
Verder was alles uitstekend geregeld, vooral vanuit de Level! '

'Modern and clean hotel. Staff is very friendly: receptionists, cleaners and other staff! The room temperature was easy to adjust through the panel on the wall and enjoyed the big bed. Would definitely stay again for a visit to Barcelona. Close to the beach (walking) and metro to go to the touristy spots. '

'Great hotel. Everything exceeded expectations, the room is better than the pics, and so is the pool. The staff were really nice and helpful. The only slight negative is the metro/bus stop is a bit of a walk away, but not much (7 minutes or so). If you go out multiple times a day that adds up but it's worth it for the lovely hotel. '

"Prima hotel met fijne kamers, schoon en prima temperatuursregeling"
"We had a room with problems with the air conditioning. Despite multiple reports, the problem was not solved. The moisture literally came out of the ceiling and caused an irritated throat and wet clothes. An official complaint via email to the front office manager was never answered. Very unprofessional.
Furthermore, this hotel is aimed at the business market, the tourists "they take for granted". You can tell from the poor service towards tourists. The entire terrace is closed off because of a reception, but you have to take a detour to the swimming pool where there are too few sun loungers and hope that there are still towels.
The breakfast was also plundered and then you had to look for a clean table.
Also ask for a room that is not on the pool side. The business crowd sits here for hours drinking, which echoes and causes the necessary noise pollution
