Good afternoon, Thank you for sharing your experience with us, The bathroom in the room was delivered in perfect condition. Since we do daily cleaning service. Because of the misuse of the facilities, the toilet was blocked. When everything happened at 1 a.m, our night staff tried to help you but you still decided to leave. We also decided not to charge you the extra amount that the bathroom arrangement entailed. We hope you enjoyed your stay in Barcelona Thank you, Greetings.

About the rooms, the size meets the legal requirements, we regret it didnt reach your expectation. In relation with the stairs, as it is apears on Expedia.com we are located on the four floor, we really regret that you didn’t realized when you have made your reservation.
