Dated hotel but near all the attractions, in the heart of Gothic Quarter. Walls are super thin, breakfast is ok, no gym. Front desk staff was amazing; were able to converse in English and help us with directions and tips.

The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great! Better instructions for checking in when you bring a vehicle is needed. It’s best to park in a garage and walk to hotel to check in because there is no good place to park your car when checking in.

This hotel is next to a street. You can hear people talking/laughing, vehicles pass by, street cleaning truck go thru throughout the whole night. It really noisy and non-stop.

No slippers, no robe, no iron in room, no bar just vending machines. house keeping could be better as they didn’t top up herbal teabags, & there’s no English tea. Given 2 single beds, advised them as soon as we checked in was told a manager would contact me in morning no one contacted me. Breakfast very good. Clean and basic hotel with nice staff but not extra frills. It is very close to all relevant things in the Gothic Quarter. However, due to location it can be a bit noisy in the early hours. Particularly if they place you in a street facing room.

The properties was well kept and clean. Very close to the metro and restaurants. If your room is close to the street, you do get some street noise, but this is to be expected. The staff was very helpful not only to us, but I witnessed Ther assistance too many other guests. I will definitely be returning. Thank you.

For unknown reason we were given a handicapped room which was likely larger but inconvenient in some ways. the bed pillows were not great and the shower was horrible. It was a large shower with a linen shower curtain so the entire bathroom floor ended up wet and with only 2 towels provided it required a call for additional every time we showered. No counter space on bathroom sink was also inconvenient. Staff and location was awesome however. The large terrace was also nice.

From the minute we arrived to when we left the staff couldn't do enough to help. We had a room on the fifth floor with a lovely private patio area. There was a bit of street noise overnight and the cathedral bells chiming every quarter hour occasionally got a bit annoying at 4am (!) but you can't blame the hotel for that. A lovely stay.
