The staff were helpful, the room was clean (and quiet) and our overall experience was great. Definitely recommended for a stay in Auckland. 'Room was spacious, appreciated the kitchen for our 5 day stay. We used the laundry, an added bonus. The air conditioning did not work but the front desk was very helpful. It was cool enough to open the windows wide so that helped. There was a bus stop just down the road which took us right downtown. '
