GuestHost – A central and elegant room, just a stone's throw from the train station

Spacious room with a balcony that sleeps up to 4 people, conveniently located in a central area in a building with a concierge. The accommodations are just a 10-minute walk from the historic center, in an area equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It is a 3-minute walk from the university.

It is 100 meters from the exit of the State Railways Central Station and less than 50 meters from the exit of the Bari Nord Central Station (airport shuttle exit).



The 35-square-meter room is located on the second floor of a building equipped with an elevator (please note there are a few steps to access it). It features two single beds that can be joined to form a double, a double sleeper sofa, a wardrobe, a desk, and a 50-inch TV. There is also a mini-fridge, an electric kettle, and a coffee maker. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, hair dryer, bidet, and toilet. The small balcony is furnished with a table and two chairs.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, air conditioning, independent heating, video intercom, mosquito screens, clothes drying rack, iron, and ironing board. Towels and bed linens are included (with optional changes available for a fee).



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Bari, which is €2 per person per night for the first 4 nights.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

The accommodations are centrally located: the historic center is a convenient 10-minute walk away, making it the ideal starting point for exploring the city and all its points of interest, such as the renowned fresh fish market. All the amenities you need for a comfortable stay are within walking distance: supermarkets, cafes, and a pharmacy are all within 200 meters.

- FROM BARI CENTRALE STATION: You can reach the apartment on foot in 3 minutes.



- IF YOU’RE TRAVELING BY CAR: The apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) and is accessible by car. On-street parking is metered (blue lines). You can park for a fee at the Gestipark Battisti parking lot, located at Via Scipione Crisanzio 1/B, a 4-minute walk from the apartment.
