'Staying here was like a dream! So so beautiful and peaceful. The rooms are carefully designed with details in every corner. The breakfast also amazing. Angelica, the owner, was great also with recommendations and super flexible with the check in time. No wifi! Which can be inconvenient if you are using international data but good to unplug!'

'The suite was centrally located, close to markets, restaurants, and shops. It was generally clean, and the air conditioning in both rooms was quite adequate. The suite staff frequently asked if we needed anything and took care of it. I did have some difficulties because I didn't check in online for the check-in, but Sophia was very helpful, and I was very pleased. My husband and I stayed with our son, and the sofa bed was quite adequate for my son. '

" Mixed Experience – Great Garden, Less So the Room The hotel had great pre-arrival service, and the website promised beautiful rooms with balconies and even a sunbed. But our actual room, while large, felt sterile and showed signs of wear. No balconies in sight — maybe in another building? As mobility scooter users, we were surprised no help was offered with bags. For the room rate, that felt like a miss. On the bright side: the gardens and pool are stunning, and dinner was fantastic. Breakfast, however, was underwhelming — often missing coffee cups or dishes, and bread options were limited. Also, the “cave restaurant” shown online? We never found it. Overall: beautiful grounds and great dinner, but service and rooms didn’t quite match the price or the pictures."

"Prima hotel maar zo ongelooflijk heet. Hartje winter, buiten graad of 8-9 en binnen 25. Uiteindelijk vanuit receptie verwarming uit laten zetten op kamer (kun je niet zelf doen) maar gebouw wordt zo warm gestookt dat het weinig zin had op 1 kamer verwarming uit te zetten.Raam kon niet open ivm geluid vd straat. Hierdoor erg slecht geslapen. Verder prima hotel maar wel wat hoog in prijs tov andere hotels in de regio. "

"Het personeel is er steeds super vriendelijk op elke afdeling. Elke dag 6 nieuwe flessen water in onze koelkast. Koffie, thee, fruitsap à volonté 24/24u. Het enige wat we echt spijtig vonden is dat er heel weinig dineropties waren rondom. Het menu in het hotel was ook al wat specialer, dus dat maakte het soms moeilijk om te eten. Je ligt vlak aan de autostrade, waardoor we snel weg waren, mits we een autoreis deden en elke dag weg waren. Maar om telkens de auto opnieuw te nemen om gewoon ergens te gaan eten, hadden we ook geen zin in na urenlang in de auto te zitten al overdag. Ook dat alle restaurants pas om 19u30 open gingen, was soms wat laat voor ons. Maar buiten dat echt een aanrader! (Dit staat eigenlijk ook wat los vh hotel.)"
