'The location and setting is magnificent, but what made Pioneer so special is the wonderful service by all the staff working under the perfect oversight of Manager Simon. Our tent butler, Juma, was a special delight. The nightly dining under the stars was so special and the meals were excellent. We recommend it to anyone wanting a tented experience with great comfort and pampering.'

'The staff went over and above to make this a unique experience. Our butler Ali was superb, Gideon who cleaned our room is out of this world. Folds your shirts and makes the bed twice a day. The young chef made meals that were consistently tasty. Rashid the Camp manager was a charm and excellent host. Highly recommend this place. '

'I’ve never thought such service exists. The place, the stuff , the hotel itself were incredible. Safari was so exciting. The camp you live in is like my dream house I would like to take with me everywhere. I never forget the kindness of the stuff.'
