When we arrived, we discovered that part of the hotel appeared to be housing individuals through a government-supported temporary housing program. This was never disclosed before we made our reservation. During our stay, there were people outside smoking, drinking, and arguing with hotel staff. 'Not one to write reviews but felt like this one needed one. Hotel was very disappointing, while I wasn’t expecting a five star hotel, it felt very poor maintained. Smelled humid and mildew. The rooms were extremely dusty, to the point I had to wipe every piece of furniture. The bathrooms need updating and tub had rust marks. Keys didn’t work because power was out. Found a roach in the bathroom. Towels had stains on them. Again not expecting luxury hotel. It it should at least be clean and smell...
