One of my guest was showering and the glass door exploded on her. Full scale broken. She had gotten hurt. Blood all over the towel and doors and instead of giving us any compensation for their quality of the door being absolutely trash. They charged us for the deposit and tried to blame it on us for breaking the door. The staff did not care about our safety...

'I stayed at two Holiday Inn locations in Florida this trip and neither of the showers were level. The doors wouldn’t stay open and this one was leaning so far the water puddled up on one end. There were screw holes in the walls and the bathroom walls were unfinished. The staff were great. Pleasant and helpful. The location is perfect for Busch Gardens.'
