'During our stay we were constantly killing mosquitoes in our room. They appeared to be coming through louvered windows because screens did not fit tight. Walls are paper thin. When people were talking in the room next to ours, it sounded like they were right in our room. '

'Heerlijk hotel, mooie kamer en super lekker zwembad. De locatie ligt ver weg van de drukte rondom san juan. Bestemmingen als regenwoud en liguillo beach zijn met de auto goed bereikbaar (ruim een uur). Mooie omgeving om lekker rond te rijden. Hotel biedt ook voldoende om een paar dagen lekker te relaxen.'

'The location was wonderful. Pool clean and fun. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The only drawback I would touch on is that our room was for four guests but the second bed was a pull out couch that was not comfortable. For kids maybe since they typically can sleep anywhere but adults not so much. '

'Our Villa was clean and ready when we arrived. Check in was easy and staff were very friendly and helpful. We were driven by golf cart to our room and bags were brought up to us. The entire stay was amazing. Very polite and respectful to all of us. Would highly recommend and would love to return. '

'Throughout my stay I was perpetually irritated by the fact that you have to show up at the pool around 7am to put an object to claim a poolside chair. Literally, people are putting playing cards down on banks of chairs. We were told this by another guest after arriving in the afternoon, and it proved out everday thereafter. The other locations for extra guests are by a restaurant about 200' away that includes picnic tables or an artifiicial turf field equally distant that had no umbrellas most...

'I am so happy we found this place and so grateful of the staff. The room was very clean, well taken care off, in general, amazing condition. I appreciate the coffee. 'Jessica and Ruben are wonderful hosts! The cottage homes were super clean! If you want tranquility, you want to hear nature and truly relax, then this is a perfect spot. The neighboring towns were within 10 minutes drive and you can select from many restaurants. El hippie waterfall is a 10m drive to spend jumping off rocks into the water.. '

'AC was great. There was an available parking lot close to the property (Free). The only amenity in the hotel, is a small swimming pool. The staff were good. The room was super clean. '

'The beach view and location were lovely. Gated parking was really nice. Beach chairs and towels were available from them. The property itself is a bit tired, with pvc piping for sliding door handles and closet bars. The room was cleaned daily.'

'Good location. The cons: Struggled to close door, door lock not functioning. For safety reasons I attempted to contact host to inform but no answer. Host informed the following day and said that door locked automatically once shut from the inside, but at no time did one hear the automatic lock. '
