'The hotel is in a good area with restaurants and stores. The casino is very nice to have so close to the hotel. They have breakfast every morning very fresh. The complaint was my checkout was at 4:30 a.m when I went to check out no one in the lobby. I couldn’t leave until they gave me a ticket to get the car out. 'The hotel is new. Frond desk was ok. The restaurant is too expensive for the bad service. The waitress give me the wrong order, also take to long. The continental breakfast good. The room nice but the tv is low quality with no apps like Netflix. Overall 5/10'

'Very warm and welcoming staff-allowed us to stow our bags prior to check in. Room was clean and bright-lovely view of the street through huge windows. Hotel is undergoing renovations but it did not interrupt services. Thoughtful room amenities-coffee machine is perfect. Location is great-walkable to all parts of Old San Juan and located amongst shops and restaurants. Will stay again!'

'What a find! I needed to stay 1 night before boarding a cruise. All the other hotels were very expensive. All the reviews for this hotel were good so I booked it and I'm glad I did. It is inside a hospital but you would never know it. It's a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. I was traveling solo and a bit nervous but the entrance had a security gate due to the hospital.
