'The whole master bathroom was flooded from the toilet with a very strong sewer smell. The bedrooms where in very bad conditions. The sliding doors almost impossible to open. The kitchen cabinets in very bad conditions, the jacuzzi wasn't working property. Beautiful location but; the building needs an update.
We pay way too much for what we got. '

'What an unforgettable, fantastical, and peaceful place! Nothing beats the VIEW or falling asleep to the sounds of nature - rain, coquis, leaves brushing, birds. The host was so kind and accommodating! The room was very clean and thoughtful details throughout - fridge, mini stove, A.C., sitting areas. 'The place was spotless. Cutely decorated and has a back patio that makes you feel like you are in a private oasis in the middle of nowhere.
But then, comveiently, you are not. It is a short 3 minute drive to the waterfront with lots of open bars and restaurants or 5 minutes the other direction to town, with groceries, pharmacy, etc. Great location.
The host was also very kind and helpful. If we come to this area again, we would stay here again! '

'We arrived very late at night and it didn’t feel like a safe area. The security guard was very helpful and friendly. When we got to the lobby, we were disappointed at how dirty and unkept it was. The condo is outdated. The dining table was full of small insects, the counter was dirty. The dryer was missing the handle and the door was filthy. The refrigerator door was dirty. There were covers on the sofas that were also dirty. Unfortunately, I stayed my first night because we arrived late...
