'On arrival at the property, we discovered that one of the bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms was uninhabitable due to a shocking amount of damp and mould, effectively making it a 2 bedroom property. The owners were clearly aware of the issues as they had attempted to cover over a faulty roof light with some antislip matting and black plastic! 'Beautiful place with an amazing, very quiet pool and a gorgeous beach with very few people on it. It's quite far from the busy town and loud strip but close enough to get there if needed. The shop is a little far away but groceries are easy to order online and not too expensive. The host was very communicative, quick to answer and helpful with resolving all and any issues. We highly recommend it!'

'We spent most of our time on the outdoor balcony. The barbecue area is perfect for sunny afternoons, and the dining table outside was where we had all our breakfasts. The kitchen is fully equipped and made cooking very easy. We also enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Algarbe restaurant nearby, which was a highlight of our trip.'

'We had a lovely stay at Mar 1. The townhouse is very cozy and the terrace was our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening barbecues.
