'Huis is met aandacht ingericht, zeer smaakvol. Woning is niet heel groot, maar heel slim ingericht. De woning voelt hier door groter aan dan dat hij is. Prima badkamer, prettig dat er een wasmachine aanwezig is. Woning ligt in een rustige woonstraat, parkeren op eigen terrein, op loopafstand van alle voorzieningen'

'We had a very relaxing stay at Knotting Hill in August 2025. The host’s warm hospitality and special thoughtful touches were apparent leading up to and throughout our stay. Our 8 year old daughter noticed right away 2 Hardy Boys mysteries on the bookshelf and set to read both before we left. We played board games, enjoyed morning coffee and evening stargazing on the deck, grilled and enjoyed seeing so many deer in the yard during our stay.There was plenty of local information in the house to...

Close to charming towns of Mahone Bay and Chester. Watched part of the Chester Yacht Club's annual regatta from a distance on our balcony. Highly recommend this property.'

'The cottage was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. BBQ was clean and ready for use. Waking up to the sound of a loon and having your morning coffee so close to the lake was amazing. The Owner made sure our stay was amazing. Definitely recommend others to come and see for yourself. 'This is a beautiful cabin right on the lake, very peaceful and relaxing! It is a good location for day trips to Lunenberg and the coast, and Kejimkujik NP. Well equipped kitchen (be sure to get groceries before arriving as limited stores nearby). Two canoes made for a fun day of paddling around the lake from island to island. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!'

'Everything you need and more, lots of nice attentions, like wi fi, treats for us and treats and personal note for my service dog. Only negative is that there is no curtain on upper window making it too bright for early to bed persons or if you want to stay in bed after sunrise. But overall very happy with our stay.'
