'The young lady at front desk was apologetics due to the room mix up. The first room that I were issue the tub wasn't clean. Given keys for another room and was told it will be 201, went to 201, keys didn't work. Look at the folder and it stated room 410, so I went there, open that door and someone was already there. Back on the elevator to the front desk, personal meet met me and gave me the keys to 201: finally I got settle in. Again, the customer service made a difference'

'We ask for a handicap room and was assigned a room on the 4th floor as far from the elevators has could be. As a handicapped person this was not good. We asked to be rude to move to a room closer to the elevator and we're given a room two doors down from the elevator but the carpet in this room was very dirty. It was obvious that a pet had been in this room on the third floor when they said that pets were only allowed on the first and second floor unless it was a comfort animal. We found dog...

'The room is very dated. The room was not clean . There was dust on the hair dryer and around the beds . The elevator was dirty . The towels were dirty as well. I do not recommend this hotel .'

'Employees were great. Elevator broke. Air-conditioner was goofy, shouldn't need instructions to get room cooled.'

'The girl at the front desk was rude. We got there after 11pm. The office was closed didn't know how to get our room until a person that was staying there answered our question. There is a phone on the side of the office in a red box that looks like a first aid box. She answered and took about 3 minutes to come to the door.'

We dropped a prayer mattress somewhere while loading out luggage while checking out once we found it missing called the hotel response was just great so on our return we collected the prayer mattress somewhere while thanks to the staff for keeping our prayer mattress safe and returning it on our return trip back home . That’s the service I appreciate will definitely make a stop every time I will pass through this city...
