'Such a great smaller hotel with a cosy feel. They have obviously thought abut there customers and the staff were great. room very clean with a comfy bed. grounds were really well looked after and I'm sure in the summer months it would be a beautiful place to sit out & have dinner or some drinks. I really enjoyed the food. Dinner was very good and the breakfast was excellent. I will definitely be staying again if travelling close by. '

Staff recommended a red wine which was delicious! Nice garden and setting, can imagine a super place to sit in the sun and enjoy a wood fired pizza. Throughly enjoyed our stay here. '

'The person who greeted us (I think James?) was very welcoming and checked us in quickly. Room felt fresh and had some cool old features. The shower and bed were fantastic. We had a really good pizza and a pint for about £14 each in the lovely gardens (they even put vegan cheese on for me). The breakfast was delicious with high quality ingredients. All in all it was a great stay and good value for money. We hope to see you again post-festival in 2027, thank you for having us!'
