Prima hotel, erg vriendelijk personeel
Dit hotel is ideaal voor als je op doorreis bent, maar ook als je wat langer in Basel wilt verblijven. De staf is erg vriendelijk. Bij aankomst had ik geluk. Mijn kamer was geupgraded naar comfort klasse. Bij de check-out kon ik mijn bagage gratis laten opbergen (vanwege een lunchafspraak in de stad) en naderhand weer ophalen. Men heeft er alles aan gedaan om mijn verblijf zo prettig mogelijk te maken. Ik kan dit hotel van harte aanbevelen!

Perfecte lokatie vlak bij het station en eindhalte van de bus van het vliegveld met de binnenstad op loopafstand. Jammer dat er een centraal bediende airco is.

Goed hotel vlakbij treinstation Basel SSB
Prima hotel voor als je op doorreis bent. Kamer is niet te klein, fijn bed en ontbijt is op de achtste verdieping waardoor je een mooi uitzicht over de stad hebt 's-ochtends. Bij het inchecken ontvang je een kaart voor reizen met het openbaar vervoer tijdens het verblijf.

It wasn’t a great stay. We didn’t have hot water the first day, and the ventilation system seemed out of service for the 3 days. We stayed end of March, and room temperature climbed to 27C every night. We kept windows open during the day to cool the room, but it wasn’t possible at night due to the traffic. At these heatwave level temperatures, it was difficult to get babies to sleep. Even though the staff knew about issues, they didn’t offer options or to relocate. Otherwise, the property is clean.

Muy bien situado al lado estación tren y de paradas transporte publico gratuito a toda la ciudad. Hotel muy caro para lo que es, más cerca de un tres estrellas q cuatro, pero claro es suiza. Habitación correcta.

This is one of the hotels in the sorounding of the Basel Train Station. Most of the reception and dining facilities are provided in the neighbor Euler Hotel. I was there only one night, checking in at 6 pm and leaving next morning at 4:30 am, so I had no time for breakfast and only used the room. Room was quite small but was well furnished and clean.

No working air conditioning
We stayed here just for one night as a stopover and found it extremely uncomfortable. It was 22C degrees outside and when we arrived into the room it was like walking into a sauna. There was no air conditioning that worked. The windows opened fully so allow air in but it was very noisy outside with traffic so wasn’t ideal keeping these open all night long. Upon checking out there was no member of staff on reception and the auto check out machine wasn’t working so we had to just abandon our key on the reception desk and hope it would be ok. Not a great stay.
