'I didn't sign up for what I got. The hotel in the photos online looked beautiful and I was really looking forward to it. It may have been beautiful before, and it may be beautiful again one day, but right now it is a big construction zone. It looks like a bomb went off in the lobby. If I knew in advance what was happening, i NEVER would have booked the stay. The room was fine and mostly quiet, but the rest was not fine and not worth it.'

'Perfect location next to the University of Notre Dame! Lots of food options near bye and the price was reasonable considering it wasn't a football weekend.'

'We were going to be late checking in. I tried to call the front desk THREE times during the day and I was just put on a loop and no one ever answered. To be fair the actual man at the desk who checked us in was very cordial. The hotel has just switched from a Motel 6. The old signage is still there. GPS had a hard time finding it and sent us down back alleys, even though it is on a main road. 'We spent two nights and had a pleasant stay overall. Very clean, beds where comfortable and it was quiet at night. The staff went out their way to accommodate us with a crib and Rhea was helpful at the front desk. About a 10 min walk to Notre Dame. Would stay again.'

'Had to wait till 6pm to check into a room with only 1 bed when I reserved a room with 2 beds. No smoke detector, no hot water, no soap, plugs didn’t work properly. Blinds barely closed. The room was “clean” as it seemed like it was just finished being half remodeled.'

'Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, quick grab and go. Our issue was the bathtub had a leaking faucet. We only needed one night to keep moving the next day so it didn’t bother us where I’m sure some people wouldn’t like the dripping noise.'

The parking was ample on the street during my stay. The rest of the house was beautiful but during this trip I was not really there to enjoy any of the lounge areas.
