'This hotel is absolutely a hidden oasis! We enjoyed every moment of the stay in this hotel. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The unit we stayed was spacious and clean. The location was excellent, right in the center of the French Quarter! Amazingly inside the unit it was very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The living area was spacious. There were always bottles of water and cans of soda drinks available for the guests. The pool was well maintained. Valet parking was very quick...

'Oud hotel, wel schoon. Moesten $ 38,23 per dag extra betalen voor parkeergarage. Tevens het dagelijkse “kick back menu” hoeft voor ons niet omdat we op dit tijdstip niet in het hotel waren (betaal je dus indirect wel voor). '

'The room was super comfy on a freezing weekend! The staff are always amazing! I love David the Vallet, he is the first face we see and the best! We know as soon as we see him the weekend is off to a great start! He sends us off and welcomes us back from partying around the Quarter! This is the best place to stay hands down!'

'I paid 600 USD per night for 2 nights. I expect a certain level of service when i check into a Ritz carlton. They use this covid situation for selling their rooms at a high price but strip all the service away. 1) There was no roomservice 2) When we were there there wan't any bar open in the hotel. 3) The safe in the room didn't work and i have been waiting in the room for hours till someone came to fix it. Unfortunately they weren't able to fix it so my valuables weren't safe. I had to call...

'The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was huge and I especially loved the large jacuzzi tub! Check in and check out were a breeze! Close walking distance to everything! If I’m ever back in New Orleans, I’d stay here again! '

'We loved everything room was nice and clean when we came back. All the employees were nice. The only thing I would say when they clean the bathroom, they never left extra toilet paper and in the middle of the night I will have to call concierge so I could get more toilet paper. I was in room 257 but other than that, everything was fine. '

'Net, schoon hotel midden in het centrum op loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden. Valet parkeren dus geen parkeerproblemen. Vanwege de locatie natuurlijk wel gehorig maar voor ons niet storend. Dus als je centraal in New Orleans wilt zitten in een comfortabel hotel dan kan je dit hotel gerust boeken.'
